House Divide Incoming?
 

At first I thought there might be a strong age divide this series, but anyone watching live feed might’ve heard Paul and Olivia moaning about the lack of “straight pride” and arguing that it’s harder to be straight nowadays? I can’t help but wonder if we’ll hear more of their (awful) opinions as the series progresses… and whether there may be potential clashes with LGBT+ housemates (Jenkin, Hallie, Matty, Jordan, Henry?)

If these 2 become a showmance ,I hope BB turns the camera off around them ....and focuses on other hms.

And I think a divide will happen more to do with friendships, so far it looks like Olivia ,Hallie & Kerry will stay clique.... with Paul drifting in and out .

People will just stay closer to their friends in the house.

Paul was accused of homophobia before going into the house. Whoever is controlling social media sets his profiles to private. I hope they show this on tonight's show.

Paul was never being himself in the house, and he had the nerve to call Farida 'fake' when he nominated her . Well at least she had the guts to speak her mind ,I know it cost her... but still .

Farida put Olivia in her place. She didn't know how to argue like an adult and stormed off. If they said this in private I hope bb plays the footage to the rest of the house.

I can see Olivia being up for eviction this week aswell,which would be good.

Id imagine most "straight" people are fed up to the back teeth with "pride" and the alphabet people (id imagine a lot of gay people as well to be fair)

She shouldn't have been immune from the first eviction. I agree to have it overturned for passing the challenge but not an exemption.

Take a leaf out of the Love Island book and have 4 gorgeous women ( a few age groups) , 4 handsome guys then a mix for the other 8

( or a 5 : 5 : 6 split )

Arguing that it’s harder to be straight nowadays? Jenkins didn't get the chance to overturn anything he received in the pass-the-parcel game. He even groused to the other housemates about not being able to have a shower. Olivia was pulled into the diary room straight away to overturn the decision of her nomination.

I don't think a sexuality divide will be a thing at all. Paul is closest with Tom who is also close with Jenkin and Matty. The most likely divide will be caused by Kerry.

I reckon Paul was hoping for lots of straight hot females for the Romance story...now he finds himself pretty much stuck with the likes of Olivia :joker:

Paul is a boring one-night stand with no affection. He isn't BF or marriage material.

He said he likes blondes , so we all know Olivia is his type. And she'll be lapping up the attention.

I just hope we don't go down the ' Chiggy' route or the weird ' lukebex' route, I hate when that's all that hogs the air time. It makes it unwatchable imo .

It reminds me more of Mikey and Grace because of her being a dancer and him being from Liverpool. They are the same age as well. She probably goes for guys like him in the real world that's why she has such a negative view of men.

Oh yeah Mikey & Grace were annoying aswell, they seem to have stayed together and had kids ....not that I care.

But with Olivia & Paul ...it will just be a silly 5 minute fling for the cameras.

Is Paul really negative about LGTBQ? Wasn’t he the one who gave Hallie a comforting hug when she isolated herself in the bathroom? I thought I had seen him display quite a sensitive side towards others on several occasions.

Lots of things are done for the cameras or because the cameras are there though

There’s been a lot of suggestions online that he’s been homophobic in the past on his social media accounts but I haven’t actually seen any evidence

Apparently he said anti-LGBT things on his social media, but there are no specific quotes or screenshots, so it could be BS.

Also meeting and knowing LGBT people in real life could change the mind of a 'phobe, if he hadn't (knowingly) met a transwoman before his perception might be they're all like IT'S MAAM and meeting Hallie could have changed his mind, at least toward her.
