He's deliberately goading Tony over & over again, he can't keep using his ADHD all the time as a excuse.

Food inflation and energy is way up here also. It's everywhere. I've never seen a rise in our electric, for instance. The rates have been unprecedented. We've been spoiled with fixed rates and where I am is an open market so it's not a monopoly problem. Thankfully we signed a 3 year so hopefully when we are to renew, it'll be back to normal-ish...
