Lily Allen got rid of her rescue dog becuase it chewed up a Passport

so I took her back to the home.

'She ate all three of our passports and they had our visas in.

And because the father of my children lives in England, I couldn't take them
back to see their dad for like four months, five months, because this *******ing

She told her friend, broadcaster Steve Jones: 'We maybe are getting a new
puppy in the next couple of weeks.

She shouldn't be allowed get another dog if she'll get rid of a puppy for doing what puppies do, how did the puppy even get the passports? Like Ben said she obviously hadn't put them somewhere safe. That's really turned me off her

….hmmm, it would be good to know a more complete story…apparently the passport incident was the ‘last straw thing…’….its not a good look for her, though…especially as she hasn’t expanded beyond what led to the puppy being taken back…anyway, hopefully the female dog has an owner with more compatible and thoughtful passport control now…

Yes what a selfish spoilt dumb woman , I mean how dumb is she ? Every puppy chews something that you cherish! I know mine did, barricaded room and he still got in and ruined lots of things i had on buy or return and i had to pay for.
Dumb leaving passports and visa's out ! Then get rid and selfishly wanting another - sorry not a fit dog owner . Cow.

The thing is if the puppy is chewing things (like most puppies do) and the passports were final straw then that’s her own stupid fault. Where were they keeping their passports for a tiny puppy to reach, the bloody floor?

…absolutely, this ‘reveal’ is not a good look for Lily at all…if the puppy chewed the passport then it was because it was able to do that and that’s the fault of the person who left the passports in an accessible place …but I do like to know a complete story when someone says ‘that was the last straw…’..and goes into some detail of that last straw but no detail of any of the other straws that they’re claiming were part of the decision to return…

Yeah, I’m also unsure why she is sharing this story now, surely knowing she’d spark off a lot of angry people. Not getting enough media attention maybe.

Worst thing that happened is the dog got a wee holiday from the dog home she adopted it from. Little shot couldnt behave so elongated stay got cancelled. It's cute enough, and has enough anecdotes about lily to share with its undoubted new owner.

…and posted on her instagram/pics of her chewing whatever was in her grasp and sights to chew, which is a puppy way …but then she was returned for chewing, it doesn’t make sense…the whole thing is just bizarre…obviously, though…Lily Allen is getting all of the criticism for this because she was the one who declared it on the podcast interview…but as she’s said…’David and I adopted…’…so I presume that he was a part of that decision also to take her back and that it was a combined thing…

If true then that's obviously terrible.

I do think though that it's best to be skeptical that she could be lying, as I tend to find a lot of Celebrities make this claim when they're coming under fire from the public.

She’s explained herself on twitter and the whole thing is an insanely reasonable scenario where a rescue dog, after giving them a home, didn’t fit in with the family and wouldn’t get its need for attention and difficulties properly handled, so was rehomed to somebody that would be able to do that.

The way the internet jumps on people and tries to ruin peoples lives based on purposefully misinterpreted information by the gutter rags of media is astonishing
