They were
but now legal again.

[The ban was put in place in 2018,
and was lifted in 2022 following the
release of new safety guidelines.

While BBL was banned in the UK due
to safety concerns,
it remained a highly sought-after procedure
among those looking to enhance their buttocks.]

It is a Liquid Bum Lift,
thought to be far more safe..........

Ms Collins said: “Liquid BBL procedures are a crisis waiting to happen. They are advertised on social media as ‘risk-free’, ‘cheaper’ alternatives to the surgical counterpart and that could not be further from the truth.”
Save Face has criticised non-healthcare injectors carrying out liquid BBLs, saying they were often unable to identify and manage the complications of their clients and often misdiagnosed abscesses, and tissue necrosis as bruising.

…two people were arrested but released again…?…

…very, very sad that she felt that it was something worth the risks and that she’s lost her life and 5 children have lost their mother…

[two people were arrested but released again…?…]

They can arrest them, again
if they have a case.

The Two doing the BBL
are not doctors or medically trained, properly - that's the problem.

[In a statement, Gloucestershire police said:
'Police had been called by the
ambulance service at around 11.35pm
on Monday (23 September) with a report
a woman had become unwell following
a suspected cosmetic procedure.

'She was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital
and died in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Her next of kin and the coroner are aware.

'The woman's family are being supported
by specially trained officers.

'An investigation, led by the
Major Crime Investigation Team, is ongoing.
The two people who had been arrested
have been released on police bail.']

The Two Arrested are on bail
Ammi.

Ammi 26-09-2024 08:04 AM

…yeah, I understand…there’s only so long they could have been held in custody for questioning and then would have had to be released or charged or a longer custody holding applied for etc…thank you for that, Arista…

people need to understand that there is risk to life from nearly any medical procedure. Trusting people who may have less than honourable intentions is just crazy

Absolutely.

I personally believe that Plastic Surgery should only be available to people with severe disfigurements.

Nobody else needs it.

Tragic story, just trying to turn on men, which is admirable, but lost her life going so. A hero.

I agree with this. Most people who opt for procedures could benefit from some talking therapy in my opinion. I wouldn't mind bigger boobs but no way do i want a couple of bags of silicon sewn into my body. Be happy you're in a healthy body.

But it's not even natural or done correctly, they are usually done by incompetent dodgy surgeons for a cheaper result. Who ends up botching them spectacularly. All the plastic surgeon cares about is getting paid.

BBLS don't look attractive or nice and they don't look normal...and the horror side effects are literally not worth it , and the fact it's one of the most dangerous procedures... baffles me why people would still risk it. This woman has lost her life...and it could have been prevented. Stupidly & delusion is also
the cause.

All we keep seeing is ridiculous grotesque massive
deformed arses, which make them look like they're
smuggling 2 battered & bruised watermelons in their trousers, or as
if they're wearing a full nappy .

Or as if they're doing an impression of an ant insect or cartoon character, especially the
ones with skinny legs and this massive weird bum , it
looks like they're going to explode like a balloon & their legs give way :yuk:  .

It does…all these procedures come with risks…why take them when you have children, let alone 5

There's something seriously wrong with people like that :bored: . So called adults who should know better... getting insane dangerous operations. It's usually perfectly healthy young adults aswell, who have their whole lives ahead of them.

I remember watching a really disturbing squeamish video on YouTube about nasty eyeball tattoos, and a woman had a poor little daughter aged about 5...and the little girl actually begged her " please mummy don't or you'll go blind".

The little girl had more common sense than the parent. Guess what...now she's visually impaired  ...and will likely go blind / get glaucoma . And she has a little child to look after. These people are actually selfish and should think of their kids.

Then go to a gym…get in shape. All this going under the knife is just a temporary procedure with risks attached.

Agree. It would still lead to some people going overseas for dangerous procedures, unfortunately. Because there will be plenty of celebrities with the dollars flying abroad to keep up with the Joneses (Hollywood version)... it's better to age gracefully, imo, limit sun and in general, take good care of your body...

Yeah like the whole 'turkey teeth' craze . People even buy their own syringes online and start plumping up their lips, when they don't have a ounce of medical or plastic surgery experience...utter insanity.

Alot of these procedures from BBL ,Lip injections, breast implants etc ...are done by back street dodgy cosmetic surgeons who only care about money. Lord knows what they're injecting into their patients bodies,or if they even have the right credentials to be doing these serious procedures.

Plus how many of them actually tell people of the risks & dangers and what to expect, side effects etc . They don't specialise in proper medical training or after care, it's all about aesthetics ...and bragging about different treatments they can 'perform'...and I say perform lightly.

People are too lazy , shallow & delusional these days, they want a quick fix to show off to their Instagram followers.....rather than doing 20 or 30 mins of exercise a few days a week.

They would rather risk serious injury , poor heath and even death, than just doing some squats or glute workouts to firm their bums naturally It's very sad . I will always pick exercise every time over cosmetic surgery....no matter how hard & tiring it is,it will pay off in the long run  .

…so many people were (…rightly…)…so apprehensive about having the COVID vaccinations and what was going into their bodies in terms of any possible side effects and yet this procedure…(…as well as other cosmetic procedures…)…is unlicensed and unregulated and injected into the body …this is just all incredibly sad and heartbreaking for all of her loved ones and the five children who won’t ever know their mother as they should know her…:’( …
