why are they pandering to Ali
She is the one causing arguments and they all end up apologising to her -
|
Because a crying girl saying that she is going to leave is pretty much an auto win card.
Which she is very aware of. |
We know its you mate

I think Martha fancies her.
Lily is in awe of her as she gives her the time of day and looks like she doesn't have many friends who tolerate her antics. |

I think we have all witnessed fake tears and upset over the years If Ali was acting then she’s in the wrong profession because it was far more convincing than anything you see in our daily soaps Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

She's playing you mate. |
I think Ali is angry at herself for playing the game wrong and choosing the wrong guy to pick on.
If she said sorry I was wrong about you Khaled at some point I would be like well done she is taking responsibility. |

I think some of you are so invested in bringing Ali down that you are feeding off each other’s negativity and your judgements are now impaired somewhat . There’s a group constantly targeting Ali and their musings are getting more and more ridiculous Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Some of us simply see her game. Some of us simply don't like the way she acts. |
She seems to have an issue with Emma also still I think. When Emma joins a group Ali walks away.

Under that bubbly exterior Emma is a lot more savvy than she looks. I expect Ali to go for her at some point in all honesty. |
Age wise Ali is 38, Emma is 50 something so you would think they would seek each other out and have things in common. But maybe its easier to manipulate the younger crowd to her way of thinking than it would be with Emma.

She isn’t a criminal or a monster though .. She’s just a participant in a game show who’s had a 3 day beef with a fellow housemate It’s really not that ‘deep’ to use the word of the series . Check back over some of your ( and your cronies) posts regarding Ali - the majority are bordering ridiculous and all based on a few minutes edited footage each night Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Relax. it's a gameshow and judging and commenting on the HMs is part of the show. No one is saying that she is a criminal. but, we ARE allowed to voice opinions on her. |

I stand by what I say on her - cold, calculating, manipulative, judgemental, I am trying to stay away from the bully word but I do think she has come close to the line in how she has treated Khaled. I also think she is someone who holds a grudge.
It is a shame because Ali was one of my faves initially until the Khaled situation. |

Yeah I think she is, she doesn't look it she looks fab for her age. The red hair makes her stand out. Can someone confirm 38? ...I am doubting myself now:laugh: |

You've got to break all of the Housemates down until you're the only one left, there's no need to feel guilty. |

Thought so, thanks. |
Maybe it just comes down to people's thoughts on how certain HM's views have been perceived? Both within the house and on the outside. She wasn't aggressive in her delivery. She said what was on her mind rather than bitching behind his back. It might have seen cold and calculating and I think she regrets that. In fact we know she does. She thinks she let herself down and others. Hence why she had a wobble. We sometimes forget how things are heightened in the house and how much paranoia sets in. The earlier houses were much more smaller and basically living area/kitchen/bedroom with a window through bedroom/living area and it was more like a fishbowl. Although ITV's house is so much bigger I can still imagine it's hard to get away from different scenarios, especially at this point when there's still 15 of them in there.
We can't get along with everyone in life. In the outside world we can just walk away. That's not a possibility for them. We'll it is which is why they contemplate about leaving. It becomes a hard decision. She's not malicious in my eyes so maybe cut her some slack? It all comes down to discussion and understanding. I think she is liked in the house by most and, yet, we know how things can change on a day to day basis. Maybe for good, maybe not.... |
why are they pandering to Ali
The tide maybe changing .. apparently Thomas and Azeeze have both been vocal this evening and both criticising Khaled .
Similarly Martha shared her doubts about Khaled to Lily earlier this evening Didn’t see any of that coming at all Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
They are criticizing everyone tonight, this task really has wound them up and whatever happened with this bagel.
Looking forward to seeing is this is all Ali and her seed planting or there are some concerns about Khaled. Either way this task sounds like an nightmare, when will they be allowed to catch up on there sleep if they are awake all night? Just need a task for Segun next so he can come to life. |

…an interesting thing with Ali I thought with the HoH thing and with Khaled choosing Martha for the killer nomination…?…Ali was very fixated/focused on…‘why Martha, why, why, why (Delilah…)….there must have been something about Martha so what was it…’…she just couldn’t let that go as much as Khaled was saying how much he had reasoned the decision…and then flip it over to the fact that it’s a game and since the beginning of time, housemates have had ‘fake’ or similar aimed at them…?…so in a house where many hope to present themselves in a certain way…why Khaled, why single out Khaled…why, why, why (Delilah)…
…she’s not evil, she’s not bad and if she gives people the space to be themselves and make their own choices rather than the ones that she feels they should be making and all of that jazz…and if she survives this week’s eviction and becomes more positive about the house experience…a lot of ifs, I know…but if all of those came together, she could be a very interesting housemate for me…but more than anything, she could really love her experience of getting to know people ‘outside of a textbook’…. |

I was thinking that if Ali survives this weeks eviction vote then it would boost her self confidence - but she’s such a complex entity that surviving may have zero effect .. I can picture the scene.. everyone sat around awaiting the result .. then I can see Ali breaking down and sobbing OR simply sat there looking all embarrassed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

It's OK to not get along with everybody. The world doesn't work like that and if you were in a house with 15 other people you would probably feel the same. They have made up but she stands by her point made. I like that honesty whether he is 'fake' or not. She has essentially said she would like to see if she's wrong. She offered an olive branch and it was accepted |
