Is it a romance or a showmance? What are their intentions? Do you see it as genuine or not? Or is it too early to call? I certainly didn't see it on the cards. Your thoughts please.

Yes it came out of the blue, didn't it? It seems fairly genuine to me. Hope it's a slow burner like Helen and Paul in BB2.

I’d say as they’ve tried to keep it on the down low it’s genuine. They don’t want to do anything until out of the house.

Just watched sneak peek on the app. I agree. It showed them talking and saying they'll just hug. Was sweet.

Nathan not wanting to put a label on his sexuality makes me suspicious that he will take up with a man or a woman to gain favour

Yeah but last year it was obvious and not discreet. These two have said they don’t want to act upon it until out of the house. I guess we’ll see if they stick to that in the next few weeks now housemates and viewers know.

I'm a bit sceptical about Nathan's motives. He was definitely enjoying stoking everyone's interest by following her around and then his responses to Dean. Rosie seemed to be trying to play it cool instead

I wonder how much she knows about what Nathan told Hanah in that he originally came out as gay but doesn't put a label on it now

I didn’t hear the bit about him coming out as gay only the bit about him not putting a label on it.

It also seems to be very reminiscent of Jordan who was bi but didn't really identify as such, flirted a bit with Chantelle but then ultimately ended up having a gay romance

He spends all morning preening himself with the girls too doing his hair etc (as well as saying that) so I'm pretty sure he is a gay so I would be wary if I were Baked potato.

She should ask him "wait you were gay when you came in so what has changed?"

Rosie laughs at anything though lol, she just seems desperate to be with someone. Nathan is definitely more intelligent, idk about her. Rosie is just messy and all over the place whereas Nathan actually seems very "together" and confident in himself. It just came out of nowhere and I've hardly even seem them talk before

Haven't a clue.
They're both a bit difficult to work out at times.

However I'm not going to enjoy yet another romance/showmance.
Every series just about has one and it's become tedious.

Although thinking about it, shut up with each other 24 hours a day, week after week could create confusion and/or unlikely attractions.
One thing is certain, IF they are attracted to each other even only casually moreso, if they play on it they will get, and they'll KNOW themselves that they'll get, considerable footage in the highlights programming.

I can hear and feel the teeth clanking together, and it's making me sick.

I truly believe they like eachother, they possibly will go out for drinks on the outside....but I'm not buying that it's anything more serious.

And I think it's convenient timing aswell, after Marcello situation.

And I thought BP jumped on Marcello's back in the fire alarm ,but Nathan said she jumped on his back now.

And why are they acting as if Lily has outed some big secret romance. Nathan & BP 's behaviour was so awkward and weird, they're behaving as if they're secret lovers who are in a full blown relationship... like calm down you two ... you've known eachother 2 weeks. You had a 1 to 1 chat when that fire alarm happened,and suddenly it's lover's big dream.

They keep drawing deliberate attention to themselves, whilst also denying anything is 'wrong' :rolleyes: . And surprise surprise Nathan is now climbing the odds to win aswell ... predictable.

There seems an air of "teenage crush" about the whole thing where both are afraid to admit that they fancy the other for fear that they have 'misread the signs' and are reading more into it that there is... when it is clear to all of us watching that there is indeed a strong mutual attraction. The sooner that they admit it to each other the better.

I don't see the chemistry, but if it brings them out more individually into the game I don't really care... the showmance itself is boring for me atm :laugh: Everything seems awkward about it.

I feel like they're the ones making it into something more than it is,but they're trying to play it off as some embarrassing moment of being ' outed'. They're behaving as if they're star crossed lovers who have been in a long term relationship secretly. It's so out the blue. I'm not saying they're not friends...but this showmance is just a showmance.

And they acted way too bothered by Lily's nonsense, whilst drawing attention to it as welll... like a walking contradiction :joker:.

I must say I'm looking forward to how it pans out, they are both making light of things in a humorous way. I like that side of it. I believe the feelings.

Emma always there to lighten the mood anyway.

Their love will make a change from arguing and conflict. We all need this

Emma is scared she will get pushed out. I think Rosie now is different. More awkward but hopefully that changes with time.

Didn't Nathan earlier on in the series heavily imply that he was gay?

I think he has never liked labels. When Hanah asked him previously in the bathroom he said he just likes the person. I find it odd how it was Rosie who suggested things, had it come from Nathan himself I may have thought it was more fake but as it came from Rosie I am not sure, she seems genuine.

I think Rosie is very fake as well tbh.

I think that she is a decent person don't get me wrong, but I don't believe Rosie is into Nathan.
