If Khaled gets cheers on Friday night (and avoids eviction), Sunday's HL show will see Ali asking for a "clean slate" with him, and that things got "out of hand, the house is a pressure cooker" and that she "may have judged him wrongly" etc etc..

She asked for a clean slate days ago. He ruined that.

By attempting a joke with her when he went nah nah, I've been waiting for this moment. I told you it wasnt easy.

He didn't ruin jack all , she refused to call a truce . Her words were " let's not talk anymore as we don't like eachother and you keep watching the camera's trying to look look " .

Oh and she accused him of " point scoring " ,when all he wanted was her to understand how difficult HOH decision making was for him, after all she tried pulling him up on not having " empathy" . Yet here she was coldly refusing to take on board what he was saying.

You'll have to excuse me though Dagger,as I'm a day behind...and the bliddy ITVX won't let me watch Tuesday's episode :fist: .

He went to share a predicament they had both faced..an ice break having seen her shedding tears…and instead of accepting that she turned on him as point scoring.

She will get jeered on Friday…and hopefully he will be saved and Swan is right she will change tact…

I agree with your perception of events, as I feel that Ali has unintentionally misjudged Khaled and is, as a consequence, misinterpreting and misrepresenting everything he now says and does.

Her perception of Khaled is not what I see, and it seems to me that, no matter what he says or does now, he just cannot win. I can’t imagine how he must be feeling at the moment, as the way Ali shuts down any discussions on the matter, he is left with no means of addressing what seems to me are unfair and unjust accusations. It feels a little bit like character assassination, even though I do not think that this is Ali’s intention. It’s just sad all round really.

She's completely ruining his experience in the house. It's incredibly selfish. She's such a self obsessed, nasty, vindictive person. Can't really believe how so many are falling for it.

If that happens on Friday, it will be interesting to see the outcome. If Ali believes her perceptions are correct - winch I believe she does - then she might just question why the audience can’t see him for what, in her mind, he is.

However, there seem to be a lot of Ali fans so the fact he has been portrayed as her arch-nemesis, means he might well get boos even if he does stay.

Your prediction has certainly made me think though, and if this is the case, I might well have to reassess my interpretation of Ali’s motives. I shall e watching with interest.

I do agree that poor Khaled’s experience in the house, must be feeling heavy and intense, and I feel a lot of the fun must have been eliminated for him. I can only imagine how awkward and uncomfortable that closed-off environment must be for him, as there is no way of escape - there is no respite for him.

I agree with you about how Ali is coming across, but I’m keeping in mind the fact that she has Autistic traits, which would suggest that her perception, motives and behaviours are being led by a misinterpretation of Khaled, rather than by vindictiveness.

I certainly don’t like the impact of her behaviour on Khaled but I do, at this moment in time, think her actions are due to her inability to read social cues, which is a prevalent trait in those on the Spectrum. Until I have seen enough evidence, I’m choosing to withhold judgement, as by not doing so, I’d feel as if I was guilty of the same behaviour I’m uncomfortable seeing in her.

It will all unfold with the passage of time……..

I really don't understand why this storyline with Ali is being turned into a gender thing. It's so patronising to women when they are constantly just reduced to their gender any time a debate is happening. Come on now.

I do agree with most of what you say, but she's a professional psychologist she isnt and cant be that hampered by autism. She is gunning for that poor guy, a psychologist, who made it her profession to understand others differences.

Absolutely. The 3 of them acting like school children but they’re supposedly “standing on business” or whatever, couldn’t even look her in the eye and then Segun backtracked faster than the speed of light.

Whether it's unintentionally ...I have my doubts. Her irrational dislike of Khaled is just too bizarre and unhealthy. Maybe there's an air of paranoia , and I think it is driving her mad that Khaled is so calm and considerate, she seems to want to just see bad in people.

I get your doubts but I also have a lot of experience of Autism so I get that too. I’m not saying one perception is correct over the other, just that my views are naturally formed with this in mind.

Definitely keep trying to access last night’s programme as it was probably the most eventful of the series so far, and I just know you will want to see it. I’ll say no more than that!
