Hanah and Martha clash (last night's LF)
 

These two had a bust up yesterday after the eviction because Martha stitched Hanah up by asking her in front of everyone if she had heard 'get Lily out', knowing that Hanah had already told Martha privately she'd heard that. Hanah was explaining that Martha put her in an awkward position and then Martha accused her of being too vexed and Segun of being her 'wingman' when Hanah called him over to back her up. Emma also backed up Hanah

Yes I saw it. You can imagine Martha just loving the chants for someone else..but considering Lily is supposed to be one of her closest friends and Lily was apparently in tears over it, you would have thought she would have been a little more discreet and sympathetic.
In the argument Martha did not help herself when Hanah called upon Segan as a witness and Martha called him her Wingman which totally pissed Hanah off.
Hanah did get a bit agitated...but she had a valid point. However her delivery let her down because she will just be seen as aggressive.

Funny that Nathan was able to understand what had happened when Emma explained though I thought Hanah was quiet clear

I dont think she was any more aggressive than Martha or Nathan there tbf it was two on one and they were gaslighting her pretending not to understand, then Emma explains and its all crystal clear....I see you both..

Martha apparently made the comment about the chants in front of Lily who was already upset after hearing them. Hanah said she walked away when Martha bought the chants up again in front an already upset Lily and did not want to talk about it in front of her :shrug:
Who seems to be the nicer person?...Hanah protecting Lily's feelings or Martha rubbing it in in front of Lily who is already upset and supposed to be her friend.

Thats what came out last night..so we can make a better judgement when we see it. But based on what I saw and heard on LF...team Hanah for me.

I watched it live and I could not quite make out what had gone down until Emma spelt it out..:hehe:

Hanasty came across as a bully.
She even congratulated herself to the boys in the bedroom telling them how she circled her without her realising.
She said that she wasn’t bothered if she came across as a mean girl..she knew what she was doing.
Very aggressive girl.

She came across as her normal oops I will drop a little bomb and see where it goes.
If you are going to gossip etc then you should be able to take the flak.
She was like a wet lettuce grovelling to Hanasty with her apology.

The girls this series are a bit dire, not that the fellas are that much better.

Only because she had no choice as Hanah came to her to talk it out...cos knowing Martha she was discussing it behind her back....
The outcome seemed to be that everyone came out on Hanah's side...

Yeah and just listened to the whole live feed. Martha started all this and backed Hanah into a corner. Hanah was right, Martha was wrong, it's that simple.

Martha was obviously revelling in the Get Lily out Chants, and very keen to share with everyone

This is a funny take because it you watched it you’d see that Martha was her usual spineless self, gormless when confronted and then apologising as soon as everyone told her she was in the wrong.

Yep, Hanah didn't want Lily to know, she didn't want it to upset Lily (so people calling Hanah nasty is ridiculous, was the exact opposite of "nasty"), but Martha kept pressing Hanah and wanted Hanah to tell Lily, and the whole house.

If it is just live stuff breaking, I had to open an episode and accept the parental controls disclaimer and then the channels loaded fine for me after that. Sometimes if it gets dismissed, getting it back is a pain and nothing will load...

Conversations like that can turn on the dime based on one remark. Martha's needlessly adversarial 'Go get your wingman' was that remark on this occasion imo. It was unnecessary. I don't blame Hanah for getting heated up after that. It turned the conversation from a simple disagreement over what exactly happened, into one that was about 'us vs. them', which it wasn't up til that moment. But Martha needed to turn it into that, because she knew her version of events didn't actually happen.

There are some people here who will just hate Hanah no matter if she’s right or wrong. Either because they’re delusional Ali stans or.. for other reasons

I don't believe any sizeable amount of people here dislike Hanah simply because she's black tbh. It's such an easy get out to excuse behaviour that people are perfectly entitled to take issue with. I say that as someone who likes Hanah and thought she was in the right here.
