Was Marcello being aggressive with Sarah?
Thoughts?
|
No, such an overused word.
|
It was forceful rather than aggressive to me, there is a difference
|
Yes he is aggressive
|
Just another example of the pattern of behaviour he’s displayed throughout the series…
|
Lol no
He schooled her and her " but I heard that on da BBC" ways Boom |
Not at all. He said his piece, then gave her a massive hug.
|
…not aggressive but just a huge overreaction …he was giving, not liking being disagreed with and not having it…
|
Yes
If it's not how he wanted to come across, he failed miserably. |
Yes. He had me fearing for Sarah’s life. I was shaking for her.
|
Idk if aggressive is the right word but he was definitely coming on a bit too strong considering what they were talking about
|
He was being oversensitive and super melty but I would be kinda irritated to have to deal with that just trying to have a conversation. Both him and Sarah are hotheaded and oversensitive at times, so it may just be that they are too similar.

I think he came across as a confrontational twat…he wouldn’t let Sarah speak until he subdued her into silence….then made a joke out of it when she decided to drop it.
It wasn’t nice to watch Tbf. |

I do wonder if he heard all the Get Sarah out chants last night and he is playing to the crowd. |
Yes, really weird controlling behaviour.
|
I watched this showdown on the life feed and both were extremely animated and came very close to one another shouting at one point. Both had raised voices and were very passionate. However it soon died down and they were hugging again and back to their normal.
|
I felt a bit uncomfortable with him in that argument tbh.
I honestly don't believe that he is malicious, but he does make himself come across worse than I think he is sometimes. |

I think marcello is finding it hard in the house and is bottling up a lot of emotions
He struggles to find the right words to express himself He was hurt by Sarah but in turn hurt Sarah The hug is him regretting what he said and how he reacted |
Sarah was laughing in his face pushing him away. If Lily can scream in close proximity then it must be fine.
I think Marcello is just stepping things up a notch. |
There’s still a part of me that loves Marcello (as much as the other 70% of me loves to hate him anyway) but yes. He was.
|
He was being giddy and argumentative, but not aggressive. I found their martha argument silly and pointless.
No idea why Martha is even topic of conversation, shows how bored they must have been lol  . I really don't care about her tiktok followers . |
Not seen it yet but no

…he said that he wasn’t arguing and then he referred to it as arguing because he had the time…the BB house gave all the time in the world to argue/type thing …but I’m not arguing…I’m debating but I’m arguing for the holy heck of it……there was just no receiving any information, he was off and running and not stopping…
|
Both of them were obviously bored silly with the days events. Both of them wanted some air time and they got it. I don't like Marcello's character, i don't like Sarah's character.
Further to that, i don't like Nathan's character, i don't like Seguns character, I don't like Hanahs character, i don't like Tom's character, i don't like Emma's character and I don't like Ali's character. Spud is the least offensive but she is fake That's my brief summary  I don't really like any of them, but it has been an entertaining season |
I still love Emma [emoji3590] gone off Sarah, like Hanah. Feel kind if bad for baked Potato but she's not given away anything about herself

As Ammi indicated, Marcello basically admitted he was creating an argument out of boredom, and I think maybe to release some stress in the final week. He was argumentative and confrontational, but not what I’d call aggressive - and I can understand why he wouldn’t want to be presented in that way.
He seems to target Sarah in these situations, which seems strange when he has a close friendship with her, but I believe this is because he sees it as amusing banter, and thinks Sarah will understand it that way. The problem is that, when he does this, it is not easily identifiable as banter, so it doesn’t always hit right. His delivery just isn’t good. He was probably right about the influencer comment, and about the fact that he wasn’t being aggressive, but he can’t see how his delivery appears from an outside point of view. He might think differently when he watches it back. Basically, I think both Sarah and Marcello enjoy a good debate that they can get their teeth into, but this topic was not worthy of that. It was generated by a bored housemate trying to entertain himself. |
Interesting that they didn’t show the full thing though like how he got up in her face
|
i dont believe they showed Sarah with her aggressive arm pointing either

…he has focused on Sarah a few times, Garfie…and as you say, theirs is one of the closer friendships…?…but there was also the thing with Khaled just a few days or so ago…and again, they’re two people who are closer in the house…I don’t sense though, that it’s any type of banter…maybe if a closer friend disagrees with or questions him or says something to counter what he believes…he might receive that as a criticism from them in some way…and hence, emotions can be enhanced into more annoyed ones… |
