Can't beat watching a movie on the big screen. It beats your television all day long.

Don't know why more people don't go to the pictures? Maybe a lack of quantity of quality content at the present. But it will make a comeback. It'll be thanks to you and me for keeping the cinema going in the dark times when it does.

Nah, I've seen lots of trash in the last few years. This was a release from the trash.

Ridley Scott is on far better form with this one than his debacle of last year with Napoleon.

I've seen the first one at the cinema as well. It was brilliant

First one is better. But this one was far better than I was expecting.

Denzil Washington plays a great role.

Well the big screen is DEFINITELY the place to watch any Ridley Scott movie !!

Yeah I think there has been a lack of good content for a long time. I love going to the cinema but there hasn't been anything that's interested me for months.

Thankfully there's now this and also Conclave coming out which I would like to see

Yeah, saw the trailer for Conclave before the Gladiator II movie. I'll be going to see that.

They claim a career best performance from Ralph Fiennes, which is hard to believe after his performance in Schindler's list. But it does look like a good watch from the trailer.

Thinking I will go see Sonic 3 with child next month when it comes out... I think she's ready...

That's if I don't fall asleep. I've had two pints and a mulled wine before coming in and am currently drinking another pint and I have my hip flask full of brandy.

So the film is about electing a new pope and the politics that comes with it.

When I tell you that the film is lefty, woke propaganda. Then you should be able to guess the twist at the end with the person elected.

I saw this today and was really enjoying it but I did not like the ending. I think it was really farfetched and unnecessary because it was already a great story

Obviously based on a book so more fault with the author but still

Pretty spot on review.

I was enjoying it, for most parts. I just don't think it needed that ending.

It was like, we've put you through two hours of a story and now we're gonna push the message of the day down your throats, because we can.
