"I don't want to wait for our lives to be over" was great but there's something about this one  A show nobody knew existed lol |
lol I'm so stuck in the past

Of course Laguna beach but can't find it :( This was therapeutic :D |
Damn Joey was wearing those jeans :bawling:
California dreams >>>> saved by the bell |
Doctor Who could account for half my favourites, but I'll content myself with mentioning just my two particular favourites:
The whole series run of Blackadder has multiple great varitations on the opening, but my favourite is the OG for the grandeur of it all: EastEnders varies pretty wildly in quality over the years (as does Doctor Who, naturally), but the intro remains kind of magical. It's probably not my favourite soap, but I think it unquestionably has the best intro: |
Quantum Leap will likely forever be my fondest intro as it’s full of such nostalgia now.
Others I like are: |
|
|
…Twin Peaks, yes…iconic and beautiful…..
…Stranger Things…indeed… …Succession… …Golden Girls, thank you for being a friend…… |

Poldark intro I always loved wasn't too keen on the show though
Walking dead and stranger things have great tunes too |

Can't disagree on Heartbeat though. That shite was torturous. |

Scooby Doo's actually had a lot of great intros through its various incarnations  |
Can't believe it took me this long to remember these two fantastic openings |

Example of a few of the pathetic cuts/edits - When the boys go to the county fair, Hal, Louis, Kitty andAbe in the car on phone to Francis, Francis throwing out ideas of where the boys could be, he says "the county fair is in town, or the porno shop (wherever) is having a half price sale" So Abe heads for the porno shop, before Louis is like "ofc, the fair" and Abe has to do a u-turn with his wife giving him a look and him squirming. Probably the funniest scene in that episode = Cut. Hal lets the boys skip school to go motor racing, the boys are wondering what could be happening, and they say to each other "hookers?" = Cut Boys in therapy, Dewy socks Reese in the face = Cut Dewy is getting sunburned on a rope swing, he's too scared to let go, so Louis is like "c'mon honey, let go, it's only 5 feet, while throwing rocks at him (sounds bad, but context and knowing the show means you know it's not in any way bad, and quite humorous)" = Cut They were from early episodes too, i couldn't make it through anymore of the C4 version, so god knows what else was cut. Ironic that C4 were being the most censorious with that show, or any show for that matter. |
