Which famous people have you met?
 

LEE, peachy and I were discussing on MSN last night of which famous people we have met.
I have hardly met anyone famous (if you count Plymouths newsreader as famous, then I have met her) but other than that, no-one!

Ive met s club 7 [all of them except rachel] god damn it in a bar in spain 3 years ago!!

I've got an autograph off Beckham and Rooney before.

But i've met that Shane Richie before....

Met plenty of footballers, Ralph Little, Tommy Walsh, Martin Offiah, So solid crew, Bradley Walsh and also Barbara Windsor.

ive met Sherrie Hewson(Maureen from Coronation Street and shes some1 in Emmerdale now) Zodiac and Saracen from Gladiators, Diane Modal from Help im a celebrity 3 and my grandma bumped into Jennie Bond and also Alistair Griffin from Fame academy 2 at a signing. I also met David Beckham when he was in reserves at Manchester United and also Andy Gray and Martin Tyler the 2 comenttators from Sky, got those 3 autographs. Cant think if there is any1 else

Oh yeah I met the gladiator Rhino, he came to my school sports day.

And all ive met is S club 7!! :nono:

Seriously though, I think people sometimes forget that celebrities are just normal people.

Quite a few celebrities don't deserve to be famous in the first place. Mad world we're living in!:elephant:

My biggest claim to fame is that I was at Chingford High school with David Beckham between 1988-90. I never knew him because he was 2 years below me. A mate of mine used to babysit him as a kid though.

I used to share a flat with a sound engineer for the band Uriah Heep and at the time would earn extra money taking some of the band to the airport and back. The lead singer, Mick Box, owns a flat in Woodford. Mick is an absolute top bloke by the way, not at all pretentious as some in the business are. This was circa. 1995 and at the time they had a new album out and were touring the world again. One time I took them to the airport they were off to support Deep Purple in South Africa.

I've played golf with Frank Carson at an opening at a new course and met loads of footballers.

IVE MET ALL OF THE 2004/2005 chelsea squad and spoke to them and got there autographs how good is that ohhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah i got my pic thaken with them all aswell:colour::colour::colour:

I know Judy Kelly who use to be the artistic director at the West Yorkshire Playhouse. We worked together once and I use to do acting classes with her husband for two and half years. I know a few theater actors as well.

I went to school with the BBC rugby and golf commentator Andrew Cotter.

My sister in law was in his class at Chingford, but she said he was never there really... always at football training

Yes, at the time he was with Ridgeway Rovers who are the main youth football side in Chingford, and where he got spotted by a Man Utd scout.

i've saw the queen i think when i was at the queens gold jubilee but other than that i've met no-one famous :bawling: i want to meet michelle that would be cool i thought i'd have a good chance seen as we both live in newcastle but it turns out newcastle is a big place lol

I met Darius Danesh in August 2003 - I had a book signed by him and a few photos taken (they're pride of place on my wall now!)

I've met Ronan Keating in an airport,met Colin Farell,Brian O Driscoll (Irish rugby player), Samantha Mumba, Anna Nolan, George Best(airport) erm...some others,Ill think of them!

I've met Lady Justice Hale (one of the judges that sits in the House of Lords, ok so maybe not that famous to most people, but it was a big deal to me!! lol) and I've also met the PM's wife, Cheerie Booth. Also met frank Carson (comedian from Northern Ireland) but didn't really like him that much!!
