The reasons for all three were pretty offensive -

Amy - wants sex/publicity/is untrustworthy
Jonty - irritating/boring/weird
Kara - boring/"wants to go home"

No kara is not annoyed at amy, they are not annoyed at each other. Kara feels bad jonty think she looks down on her, and everyone thinks she is miserable. She took it really badly. I wouldnt be surprised if she leaves
