As per predictions (and yay, Sticks, you've got it right!) Nush has been evicted from the Big Brother house. Ola gets it right again!

The group fell into silence, other than an "Occhhh nooo" from Nush.

Let's just hope that the crowd's don't boo.

What a restrained response from the housemates. Did Scott give her a hug. I had to answer the phone so missed it.

But is it right that Jon is telling her what to expect from the media?

And I hope the crowd behave themselves and give Nush a big cheer when she leaves.

Just as tonight's programme finished, it seemed Jon was about to warn her about what she could expect on the outside.

Since I haven't the energy to retype what he said in decent length...

Thanks for posting that transcript Dustmite. Jon really is walking a thin line isn't he. I can envisage BB getting very impatient with him flirting with the rules.

My credit to Jon, he is being completely unselfish and placing Nush's welfare and her future above all else. :thumbs:

No - Jon thinks he is some kind of Big Brother god! He has become far too big headed and i'm seriously regretting voting him back in! i hope he is shown the door first next friday! and that he doesn't sit in there untill the end! He is ruining the surprise of eviction for Nush! Plus that whole thing about telling her he cannot win was VERY stupid she can easily turn round and say it to anyone in the house and more importantly what was the point she obviously didn't care! x

I think that Nush is a sensitive person and that Jon recognises her as such. He is giving her 'armour' to protect herself from what could be a traumatic day or two.

No one deserves to be booed out of a game, and a game is what it is after all.

I disagree with you Stu. As Boris said, Nush is a sensitive character and any unconstraint booing from the crowd following her eviction could have damaging consequences. Jon has nothing at all to gain from what he told her apart from winding up BB by flirting with rules. It was at his discretion he told Nush that he cannot win, Jon knows what he is doing. I am sure Nush has other things on her mind to worry about telling the others, but knowing the person Nush is, I am sure she will keep it a secret.

He would have done it who ever would have gone! through no fault of his own he has become big no HUGE headed! And that is one quality i really dislike in people. Jon your NOT a BB God!

Oh and thank god he is out first next Friday!

Actually I don't agree with that, he has stated that he'd do something like that for Nush, as he deems Nush as being the "baby of the house". He restated this to the boy's on the sofa after he reemerged from the Diary Room after his telling off.

I doubt Jon would have said the same to Cam, Ray or Steph, possibly with the exception of Scott. Although Jon is not bigger than BB, his re-entry to the house is unprecidented and when the occasion is appropriate he is prepared to take BB rules to the limit, yes it's naughty but who cares it's the Tickle-meister at work! :spin2:

Sticks reminds me of the Iraqi Information Minister! Although I think there could be a job waiting for him much closer to home as the PM's press secretary if Alastair Campbell ever resigns :laugh:

i feel that he overloaded Nush's head and just worried and stressed her out with all the talk of the press! They do have PROFESSIONAL agents that help and discuss the options of newspapers e.t.c with them - he was totally wrong to do this - he just worried and confused the poor girl! x

The rotten eggs, flour, tomatoes, 1 barrel of hot tar and 1 cwt of chicken feathers turned up.

Ray is aware he made a bad mistake by nominating Nush, and the reason he threw a wobbler with Steph on Wednesday evening. Now it's Cam or Steph all the way as the vote will be split between Ray and Scott. I have warmed to Ray over the past few weeks, and out of the HMs left he would be my choice to win BB. And it will be nice to see Nush on BBLB. :hugesmile:

Jon's attempted revelations to Nush was classic Jon Tickle stupidity. He should never have been put back in. Indeed if he had not been Nush and a valuable story line would still be intact.

Sparking Steph off caused the whole emotional hubble bubble that made Ray nominate Nush. Why don't people open their eyes for goodness sake. The look of unease on Nush's face when he started talking about Sunday newspapers and the lies they would tell about her. It was clear that was the last thing she wanted at that moment of eviction.

There has to be cure for this Jon fetish mania ,there has to be. If BB has got the slightest bit of sense or credibility they should get the wrecker of BB4 out NOW.:devil::devil:

Another consideration for Jon's speech... And something that should be on a review show sometime this week, is that admitted to Big Brother last night that he fancies Nush...

I thought Jon did Nush a favour by warning her about the press. She was appreciative of his advice.

I'm sure other contestants in the past who have been hounded on the outside would have thought words like that, from someone who has already experienced it, helpful as well.

I am not a sycophantic Jon fan, in fact at the very start of proceedings I proclaimed on this very forum for his removal from the house when he faced Anouska for eviction. Following his survival, he has warmed to me because there is no one else quite like him, he is unique and has easily been the best HM this series. If Jon goes today then it will be one week of snoozeville in the BB house.

I don't blame Jon for Ray nominating Nush, and if Jon influenced his decision in any way it was completely unintentional. He is aware of the public's perceptions of the HMs being dull and is doing his best to create some entertainment. I do acknowledge that Jon has discretely as possible tried to manipulate the voting by admitting facts he knows from being outside the house, but this tactic was used more against Steph and Cam, rather than Nush.

As for the conversation Jon had with Nush, his body language was very relaxed and he spoke in a calm manner being concise and not overeacting. Nush seemed to take it onboard. It was perhaps wrong to do so in accordance with the rules, but I think he felt compelled to do it because of his feelings towards Nush and her sense of vulnerability when dealing with the waiting pack of newspaper editors each intent to get her story.

What ever gave you that idea. Have I ever said a bad words about Jon!!:laugh::laugh:

I'm not. I thought she was a sweetie, and just seeing Steph looking so smug yesterday was so annoying.

Nush was not at all scheming, and as I have said elsewhere, Jon was looking out for her. He was willing to take to consequencs of his actions and I love him even more for it.

I agree ROB, Nush was a complete sweetie and I was sorry to see her go.

BTW did anyone else see the comment that Steph made when she was sitting outside with Cameron and Ray. Scott and Jon were inside and she said "Look at them two licking their wounds!".
