It's a nice idea, but (this is going to sound cynical, it's nothing against you, OP), what will it do? Everyone already knows about it, and most members here are from the UK anyway - so won't see Maddie.

Go join a Portuguese search & rescue forum and have that banner.

This could influence people to vote Brian to Win. Like BB5 said, however, the kidnappers are hardly going to come across this website, see "Find Madeleine" banners and then release her are they?

I don't think that someone will see a banner saying "Brian to win" will automatically vote for him to win! But they still have them to SUPPORT Brian.

Listen, if you really want to do something about Maddie, go on her website, donate a few pound, join a Portuguese website and circulate the official poster... but having a banner on a UK BB website, unfortunately, won't help anything.

It also has nothing to do with search and rescue...

People coming on this forum aren't coming on for Maddie, however.

Someone that goes on a find maddie website is HELPING and showing support. I have bought up this idea to raise AWARENESS and SUPPORT the family.

Yes. For as long as they can. And it is quite right they do so. But this story will leave the headlines and these banners will remind people she is still missing and their is still hope.

It was May she went missing in y'know... no wonder it has left the headlines...
