What everyone is forgetting is that SAMANDA managed to get into the 20's on the chart with their shitty song, so Chanelle has a very good chance of charting well with her song.

It was on MTV Hits but to be fair they have to seen as they're making her show!

Her single isn't released until May 12th, so I doubt that she'll get much airplay until nearer the time of release.

it was sent out to music channels on Friday so im assuming it went to radio aswell.we will have to wait for the airplay charts next Sunday.

a) that was months ago. They were still known from Big Brother
b) they were more popular than Chanelle.
c) it was a cheesy cover of an already-famous song.

Chanelle has big disadvantages there.

Chanelle is still known from Big Brother, she certianly left her mark. Chanelle is probably more famous now with her TV shows etc.
If it's a good song then people will buy it, regardless of whether Chanelle was on Big Brother or not. IMO, Chanelle's single is better than Barbie Girl, so it has it's advantages.

i think it will chart higer then most people think because shes doing promo for the single.

God, I hate Chanelle so much! I know it's extremely unlikley, but I hope she never Get 'Jade Goody' fame :conf2:

How can anyone put her in the same league as Jade Goody, she's much better than her. The way Chanelle is going at the moment, she's going to over-take Jade's fame by miles, Jade did herself no favours going back into the house. Good luck Chanelle!
