What did you make of the interview?
 

Jen is now out the house - what did everyone think of her interview? good one? bad one?

Terrible just when you thought Davina had learnt a lesson wham we go back to the stupid flipant interview which basically consists of Davina using an evited HM as as a prop to make her own audition tape.

I think she needs replacing anything will do, I have a tooth brush upstairs that will cover for next week, as even that could not do a worse job than this ijit this evening.
89% of the public disliked this woman many of them were annoyed and rightly so to her behaviour towards individuals in the house whilst she was surrounded by a pack.
Yet to an outsider one would have been left with the impression she had walked out in 3rd or even 2nd place.
Oh well, at least the crowd tonight left her with some impression at least as to the publics real reaction to her, just a pity channel 4 and its pitiful presenter could'nt have done thier share too.
Well done Jen, despite being vindictive, nasty and aggresive you come away a little hero, Davina AGAIN was the real villian after the phone lines closed.

It was ok, far too much of it seemed to centre around the love triangle rather than on Jen's bitchy behaviour.Sure, they showed some clips but Davina didn't ask enough challenging questions on the matter.

I was disappointed she did not focus on "Picturegate" more. She made a meal out of the love triangle though. The same thing happens every year. I want her to get tougher on them!

Why are you so bitter? I'm sure Jen will have to feel like crap soon enough, and understand fully just how much the public dislike her (which is ridiculous btw, another overreaction).
The interview was great, I really enjoyed it, as did many others, perhaps you'd like the evictees to be tortured when they exit the house?
Davina is a fantastic presenter, very watchable and entertaining, and the questions she asked were spot on.

I would have liked to see more discussed, e.g. Jen's friendship with Sylvia, as well as more focus on Spitgate and Jen's support of Dennis (Davina should have questioned that). I really hoped the love triangle wouldn't be given too much attention (as I didn't really find it that entertaining, but maybe others did) and it was. I expect Jen will come to discuss and know of all those things as she rewatches shows/clips and time goes on though.

Otherwise, it was an OK interview because Jen came across well in it and hopefully won't be a real hate figure... so she can move on with her life.

Jen really didn't deserve that reaction from the crowd, in my opinion.

I think it was clear that Davina liked "Jen"!

Maybe i sneezed then a mist the questions like why after saying you like Mohamed, did you feel the need to shout "hope justice is done" just hours after BB had interviewed everyone after a fight envolving her and asked everyone to show calm.

I noticed to that the 'Monet' painting which just a week ago meant almost jens entire life of hard work and dedication, needed three seperate reminders from Davina before she realised what picture she was reffering to, pure comedy. I wonder if Leonardo De Vinci forgot the surname of that Mona bird painting just a week after putting it together,

Kissed her arse. Terrible. She didn't get any answers at all. Boyd Hilton got more answers in 60 seconds on BBBM.

To be fair Ash I think that part was out of Davina's hands due to the fact the police wish to Interview Mohamed on the incident when he gets out.
This woul'nt be wise of channel 4 and for other reasons too like not wanting Dennis mentioned at all, that part I think they did get right.

No, I would'nt like them tortured whether it it by themseles in the house or outside either.
Jen was part of a pack that did assault another HM, she has had 19 hours to make some sort of oppology to the victim but chose instead to shout "good I hope justice is done"
I would'nt want coments like that thrown at Jen either if for instance the spit had of hit Dale one of her friends.

I have said plenty times over that I dislike the scratching of HM's property, I would'nt want Dennis punished either unless of course Mohamed presses charges, but I'm sure he won't.
I just felt that interview was timid in comparrison to what Jen was percieved by the people who evicted her and the reasons why they decided that.

I found some parts funny and on the whole it was an enjoyable interview, but I'd have liked some more awkward moments and grilling of Jennifer.

Well thats down to interpretation, and why an interview is done.
I always thought an interview was for our benefit not the HM's.
I would also have thought interviews should be based on the size of the vote this will indicate how the public feel for the evicted HM
Lastly I would have thought by watching the show listening to oppinions of the public channel four would have been better aware of what the public really wanted answered, some of which I dont think could have been asked as I have said eleswhere in this thread.
But with all of the above taken into account, tonights interview was lame.

I like it. Davina was on top form tonight, but needed to ask more question about "phlem-gate."

I loved at the end when Davina shouted "Love you Davina" and she said "Thanks mate!" :thumbs2:

Davina was bang on form last night, Jen came across pretty decent even though she blatantly lied about her feelings for Dull.

I thought Davina was too soft on Jen! She did not realize the reasons of her being kicked out and the public reactions! Mind you, deluded as Jen is, she probably heard cheers instead of boos!
At least people on BBBM showed her a bit of reality!

to be honest i was never interested in the lust triangle in the 1st place so the fact of that really being the hot topic of the night bored me slightly but i'm the minority and i think that is what ppl wanna know. as for the bitching shes gonna get her fair share of grillings when shes released from BB grasp :spin:

Could you point out specifically what was so horrible that she did? I thought she covered it. What did you want her to say? Did you want her to blast her over the stupid painting? I thought Devina reacted appropriately to what Jen's behavior was like. Jen didn't even seem to remember the painting incident at first.

Angie, the point of the interview is not just to insult and offend the evictee as much as possible. It's for those of us who actually enjoy hearing about her reflection of her time in the Big Brother house. Jennifer was a big character in the house so of course we want to hear what she has to say.

About time BB eviction nights became lighter and more civilised instead of the darker lets put the boot in mentality.

Considering the now usual pig ignorant audience reaction I thought Davina's interview struck the right balance......

Davina needs to toughen up, nobody will learn anything about themselves if she continues to just make jokes and not quiz HMs on bad things that have happened in the house. I thought the interview was just BLA really - Jen didn't have a chance to realise she'd done wrong coz nothing much was really shown to her, I agree it should've focused more on Picturegate because that was the main point when the public really turned against her. The love-triangle stuff was just boring... Stu doesn't even fancy her for God's sake!

Davina didn't lay into her enough.

Let's see: over reacted and caused a fight with her crocodile tears and didn't even admit she was to blame for Dennis removal of the house; talked behind people's back; thought her opinions are the only valid ones; manipulated 3 housemates (Luke, Bex and Dale); and one question I would have asked is: you did say to Luke you were not going to hug people you didn't like if you were evicted, but you did hug everyone!

The love triangle was boring, she is not trustworthy as she jumped on Stu on the first opportunity after telling Dale he could trust her! And, believe me, Stu is gay, he does not fancy her!

Davina should have let Jen know why she was evicted and that the public really hate her for all the bitchiness and backstabbing she promoted with her little gang!

Davina lacked drive and just giggle her way through it. Same old Davina, same old nonsense. IMO.

We need a new, tougher interviewer.

Davina couldnt have "grilled" JEnnifer, because it was clear Jennifer was:

A. Upset by leaving
B. Upset/Terrified with the crowd

And it would have takne someone with a stone heart to grill her whilst she was in the state she was.
