ONE housemate will escape Wednesday’s live eliminator, a sudden-death task that will decide the next eviction.

Contestants have been putting forward their choices for head of house INSTEAD of opting for who they want out.


Whoever’s named as house leader later today will be exempt from Wednesday’s challenge.


The loser of the contest will be turfed out of the house in BB9's first midweek eviction.

Great... If a fave (kat/darnell) is evicted the uk public will be at war... We evict housemates not big brother!!! If sara or lisa get the boot then it will be ok because the public will be saving money :spin:

This is a good twist. I'm not sure who'll be the HOH, but I think we can rule out Sara, Mo and Rex because not enough people like them in the house.

This is a very bad idea. Luckily Rex probably wont lose the task, and stay in. Lisa is also strong mentally and physically so probably wont lose.

But what if Darnell, Kat, or Rachel are evicted? BB wont be popular.

Hopefully fat Mo or Mikey will be evicted.

when lisa has a bigger fan base than both darnell and kat now.. makes sence.

This would ensure a four-person final and would justify why there's going to be an audience at the show.

I believe it - they got Mario's proposal right.

Mikey'll probably be the fave to go if he isn't HOH, but I think somehow that it'll be a quiz, so that Mikey has some sort of chance to stay in.

But aren't 2 housemates supposed to be in for a surprise?

BB is a show where we the public decide on who goes, and who wins.

If BB (who have already *****ed up by sending in an evicted HM and promised never to do so again) choose to evict someone for failing a task they will be at least 1 viewer short from Wednesday, I dont care who goes, I wont be watching this or any other series again.

Because of the Nikki fiasco I didnt watch BB8, this will be the last straw, I cant believe they have even considered this foolish idea IF its true.
Its BB comitting suicide, you cant create a show on one format and concept, then suddenly change the dynamics of the show 2 weeks from the end.

whoever goes, this is simply unfair and completely stupid of BB, I really find it hard to believe even BB would consider this idea, maybe 1 will face an eviction vote, but not surely evicted.

Whoever the HM is, this will only destroy the shows reputation.. I wont bother after wednesday (if this is true) thats for sure.

The only people I see safe are Lisa and Rex. Both strong mentally and physically.
Kat, Michael and Mohammed are more likely to go if it is true

Big Brother can change the rules whenever they want, I dont think anyone cares if one person tunes out.

Sure they can change the rules, but if they choose to change the whole concept of the show it will be more than one person who will stop watching.

Totally agree with you here. We will know for sure who BB favour depending on what the task is. They know everyones strenghts and weaknesses. And at the moment think they'll do something to favour Rex.

This is gonna lead to a very popular person going I think, which is surprising as I thought BB wouldn't want to risk someone like Rex, Kat, Lisa Rachel or Mikey going.

However I do hope Mo, Darnell or Mikey loses the task (I got nothing against Mikey but I don't want him to win and this would be a prime time to get rid of him).

Maybe it will be a good thing the public dont decide, then maybe there actually would be an entertaining housemate in the final week :elephant:

well at least that will be a fairer method, most will accept that, just so long as its the public and not BB who determine who goes and who wins. The way it always has been despite previous attempts at BB to mess it up.

from what i have read this is what is happening this week-:wink: Today (monday) they will nominate who they want as HOH the person with the most votes gets announced on BBLB at 6pm today!!:thumbs2:
The HOH is amune from fridays eviction therefore (through to final)
The other housemates are all up for eviction and one will leave on friday?:spin2:

If true this idea is completely ridiculous. Anyway I thought those that had already been HOH were not allowed to serve twice so they should be choosing one of the remaining housemates who have not done it before. If not it would be an even bigger swindle to the public than it already is.....
