I need to get this off my chest, and no Lauren has nothing to do with me posting this. I want to post this because hey freedom of speech rules ya'll.

I think that the Admins/other Super Moderators should actually do their job and stop relying on Lauren, who I think personally does ALL the work around here and don't even kid yourself you know she does it all, if you didn't have Lauren god knows what you would do.

Also, I know she doesn't have admin rights to (example: Change members names) but it's not like you do that in a flash anyway.

Or the technical side of stuff, although I bet she could.
The girl is in Uni for god's sake. Give her a break.

I agree, I think she contributes alot to Moderating, I know people can't spend there whole lives on here but personally I think that there should be more Mods, so that there isn't just 1 online doing all the work the whole time.

I agree with this but I don't think it's fair to say the other mods aren't doing their jobs either, Red Moon and Ash are ussually around too.

Errmmm.... I think that Lauren is a great mod but I find this thread out of order if I am perfectly honest.

James, Mark, Kaz, Red Moon, Di, Ash, Lauren and Sunny (the mods which are most on right now) all do an amazing job of keeping this forum the way it is because they all work hard to do so.

Sometime they do need to take a little time out from the forum because its very intensive when you mod, they lose being a 'normal' member and have to work dam hard.

Mods sometimes come in invisibly so you dont know they are even there but they are working in the background, merging thread, deleting and moving them, changing posts etc.

Just because Lauren is the most online doesnt mean other dont do their fair share

I would like to know them more, I do believe they do a grand job on this site (and I know they must work so damn hard to control us little buggers, especially the argumentative ones).

I ain't slamming them and know they do a fair share.

i am going to agree with kizwiz here i am a mod on another forum and the background stuff you dont see soon adds up to a lot of work

I agree with Kiz, simply because Lauren is online more than most it does not mean she's doing more work. In fact I can point out quite a few things that Lauren has missed while being on line and threads that she's locked for no good reason.

All the mods do their job well. No mod is better than any other and I think this thread is totally out of order.

Anyone who thinks I'm being too critical must understand that whoever started this thread opened the floodgates. If you want to praise Lauren then you have to also take on board any criticism. Or one of the mods should lock this thread.

I agree, I see the amount of work that Red Moon puts into this site and believe me.... its a fair share!

As much as I think Lauren is a great mod and is regularly online,i dont agree that she is the only one doing any work.Both Ash and Redmoon were also online yesterday so I don`t think its very fair to see that Laurens the only one doing anywork

The time he posted this I wasn't even in my house, and didn't even know about it. I didn't even know his thoughts. I came online and he'd been nudging me on msn to send me the link.

But, thank you for the criticisms when I've actually done nothing wrong.

Don't forget its James that has installed features for us such as the X Factor favourites thing, on a Big Brother forum he didn't have to.

Just because mods and admins aren't going around the forum deleting posts doesn't mean they aren't doing anything. Theres more to running a forum than that.

Lauren didn't ask me to do it no, and I did say if any of you bothered to read my first post (Tom, Girth, Kiziwz, Pinkmichk and supernoodles) I clearly said, I know she doesn't do the 'admin' side of stuff because she can't, so obviously I know James and Mark do some work, I'm not criticizing them for that.

I also didn't single out any mods that aren't doing their work, notice I posted ALL their last online dates.

I still think Lauren does alot of work, those that don't see it are blind.

Also; I've been a mod on a forum and I know it's hard, which is why I've made this thread saying that people need to help her she can't do it all by herself.

Some of you are clueless at times.

Those who are again too stupid too realise the whole "TEAM LAUREN" thing is a JOKE (yes a joke people, you heard of them?) :rolleyes: we only did that because it was funny at the time, and you had to be online, but now I see all the moaning people are on, let's roll. :thumbs:

She's not doing it all by herself. You have stated that yourself.

I honestly don't see the point of this thread. If you want to big her up then why don't you do it via U2U.

Admins - Mods do different things, I'm mainly talking about the mods here.

I'll praise Lauren anyway I want thank you very much. Anyway, I'm not turning this into an arguement, I don't want it locked but you can carry on moaning GiRtH if you wish, I just won't respond. I will read your input though, you are entitled to that.

I think that all mods do an excellent job on the website. You do see more "work" done by some in particular but that doesnt mean that they arent working in the background of the website. Most of the website work is things that we do not see as members.

Well thanks a bucket for your support.... over the years a lot of us have put hours and hours into this place before you even became a member and this is how we are treated.
