I was thinking of going camping in the lake district next year. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience or tips? Anyone been camping before? Any camping tips would be appreciated.

From the look of some of the members on here, I'd say the answer to your thread title is - 'Yes, quite a few of us actually'.

What you doing for food? Dry packs, and a metal tin tub thing are good. Also, remember wet wipes - they're good for general mess LMAO (very close to getting back to the previous conversation then).

Errm. Take some random bits of rope/string and a pocket knife cos they'll come in handy at some point.
