Weird Phobias
 

I am terrified of ketchup. I can't be with someone eating it, and for example if someone has a plate with chips on it and they put ketchup on the plate, i cant eat any of the chips, even if they haven't touched it. If people like smother food with it I can't look. I cried in a cafe today because my friend Holden put ketchup ALL over a plate and put it in front of me, and i couldn't get away or not look at it, everyone thought I was mad.

So, do you have any weird phobias? Or do you know anyone with any?

my only weird one (much to the humour of friends and family) is cotton wool just thinking of it sends me all funny

I'm just as bad with mayonnaise as i am with ketchup. I've never even eaten it but the idea of it makes me feel sick.

erm don't really have phobias lol phobia is a strong word id say.

im probably scared of doing certain things when it comes to it, but erm,
nothing comes to mind atm :blush2:

Frogs

Double decker buses. I'm afraid that they'll topple over as they go around a corner or something. Only single decker buses for me,

Cotton or paper on my teeth. It's an actual physical phobia too (meaning when faced with the thought or the actual phobia I have a physical reaction... retching, sweats etc).

Not a phobia but I always put my left sock or shoe on before my right one.:shrug::blush::bawling::pat:

Stickers, I actually hate them.

Blades, sharp knifes, razors etc basically anything that can draw blood which is interesting ...

I don't have a problem with blood, I don't have a problem looking at them listed above but if I ever have to use one it does get a little weird

I'm with pinkmichk on the cotton wool thing, and cardboard cartons you get from Tesco are weird as well

I don`t have any wiered ones I don`t think but I`m absolutly petrified of moths have been as far back as I can remember.I wish I knew why because it does actually affect me,in summer I can`t have the windows open.If theres one on the bus or something I have to get off,I just can`t bear them!A few years back I accidently left my bedroom window open came in late,went to draw the curtains and this MAHHHHOOOSIVE one flew out right at me ,I have never screamed so loud in my enitre life.

tiny bits of creased up paper lying around, old reciepts and what not and money (notes) when theyre really old and manky

Urgh I hate silence. I would die if I lived in the country.

edit: I hate soup spoons and blue pens and never use either of them.

I am scared of fallin on nothing and craking my head open.

Oh another one of mine is that im afraid of walking past people with them head turban things. anyone who is like wearing one of those things over thier heads make me scared and i dont want to walk past them. Its even worse at an airport and the worst thing of all is when your pon the plane. Im not being racist or anything but they just scare me x

I'm the same. Its gonna sound really racist but when I see an Asian person with a rucksack when I'm out I think they've got a bomb or something. Still, only the media to blame I suppose ...

Turbans are worn mainly by Sikhs. Why do you link Sikhs with airports?

my friend is scared of birds. I think its hilarious, he cracks me up with the pigeons in the city.

Omg same lol. And this is gunna sound awful but sometimes its the skin colour that scares me. ( ONly if there wearing xomething like different ).

Its horrible i know but most of my friends agree but then again some people think i am mean....

ive just realised. i think have like an ocd about alot of things. but is that different to phobias. like things really bug me that i have to do it. like blinds that haven't been shut and its dark. and i can see them but cba moving. lol in the end it gets to me and i do whatever i need to do. :thumbs2:
