It will get worse when you get older, i don't get the january blues but millions do... Not long till its summer :cheer2: It' a SUMMERTIME!!!

Chewy you have to overcome these things, here maybe I can help. All I can do is offer my kinds words, wether you choose to take on these kind words and enlighten your life with them is your decision.

- Try something new:
It doesn't have to be complicated or expensive: you could learn a new language by joining a night class but also by borrowing a beginner's language course from your local library.

- Get physical:
Visit your local leisure centre to see what classes they offer and try to combine activity into your daily routine. Try going for a brisk walk in your lunch hour and ban yourself from using the lift.

- Contact a friend or relative:
Arrange a get together or talk to someone you haven't contacted for a while.
Making plans and thinking of someone else is a good way to take your mind off your troubles.

- Look after yourself:
It's easy to be unhappy with your body, your career, your relationship – everything can be found wanting after the 'spoil yourself' mentality of the festive holidays.

- Spot the signs of trouble:
If the future seems bleak, and you have lost interest in everything, it's time to take some action. Watch out for these signs of emotional distress: difficulty sleeping, disturbed appetite, excessive drinking, being anxious or angry.

I agree; however, the list is not limited to only those kinds of information. A second part of that is being wise on the internet. It's not only the stalker's fault if they locate you! Be sure to not post any pictures or such that could give away information such as what school you go to, where you live exactly, or anything else. It wouldn't be too hard for someone to look on your shirt in a photo and see that you go to a certain school! Be safe.
