Chewy you have to overcome these things, here maybe I can help. All I can do is offer my kinds words, wether you choose to take on these kind words and enlighten your life with them is your decision.

- Try something new:
It doesn't have to be complicated or expensive: you could learn a new language by joining a night class but also by borrowing a beginner's language course from your local library.

- Get physical:
Visit your local leisure centre to see what classes they offer and try to combine activity into your daily routine. Try going for a brisk walk in your lunch hour and ban yourself from using the lift.

- Contact a friend or relative:
Arrange a get together or talk to someone you haven't contacted for a while.
Making plans and thinking of someone else is a good way to take your mind off your troubles.

- Look after yourself:
It's easy to be unhappy with your body, your career, your relationship – everything can be found wanting after the 'spoil yourself' mentality of the festive holidays.

- Spot the signs of trouble:
If the future seems bleak, and you have lost interest in everything, it's time to take some action. Watch out for these signs of emotional distress: difficulty sleeping, disturbed appetite, excessive drinking, being anxious or angry.

It's all down to you now, Chewy. I hope I have helped mate. Have a good day.

What song Chewy? If you want to sing a song, or a post song, the Music section of TiBB can be found here: http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/foru...ay.php?fid=191 or by simply going to the forum home page and clicking on 'Music' under the 'Non Big Brother Chat' section of the forum. I hope I have helped you mate.

I agree; however, the list is not limited to only those kinds of information. A second part of that is being wise on the internet. It's not only the stalker's fault if they locate you! Be sure to not post any pictures or such that could give away information such as what school you go to, where you live exactly, or anything else. It wouldn't be too hard for someone to look on your shirt in a photo and see that you go to a certain school! Be safe.

Cheers,
Rory

Oh Chewy, now is not the time for Hide and Seek. However, if you do want to play any future games here on TiBB, you can go to the 'Chat & Games' section of the forum, right here; http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/foru...ay.php?fid=160

I once had a doctor, weirdly enough this was his name, "Dr. Ross" indeed. Amazing man, I switched doctors about 2 to 3 years ago, I wonder if he still is a doctor? It does puzzle me sometimes.

Chewy, please if you don't mind, don't make such false accusations. I knew this man very well, as a doctor ofcourse. Chewy, we are having fun tonight - please don't ruin it.

Andyman, Conzors thread is in the past. It is all said and forgotten. He has moved on, members said their bit and it's all done and dusted now.

I do find members on here to be very nice, yes indeed. How are you today anyway, andyman? Have you had a good day mate?

Well, as the great adage goes, "The open-minded see the truth in different things: the narrow-minded see only the differences."

I hope I did not cause too much offense by my post, but I believe that it is such a shame to see people so obdurate to change.

Cheers,
Rory

andyman I will say to same to you as I did another member, Conzors, you know surely well that capitals alone are not allowed in a post. Please edit your post, to follow the forum rules and then no problems will arise.

Have a good day mate,
Ross.

andyman 02-01-2009 03:38 AM

The good polite manner will not last!

There is this film where bad students have a ear test and become good students, like going to the "yoguart bar" etc .. Whats it called?
