Im totally gutted tonight, Gillingham were relegated to league 1 so all in all a bad day.

Our two games with Accrington were funny this season. We thrashed you 5-0 at our place and you beat us 4-1 at your place :laugh:, I thought you had ended our play-off hopes.

Hey! Small world eh? How come you support the Owls then? My excuse is that my dad supported them and passed his enthusiasm onto me and my brother. We were hoping to go to the match on Thurs night, but we would have to have gone to Hillsborough yesterday at 8am to get tickets!

I've supported the Owls since the Big Fat Ron days - my first ever match was in 1991 when we beat Man United 3 - 2 at home. I was at Wembley in 1993 when we lost the FA Cup Final replay to Arsenal too (and have hated Arsenal ever since).

You sound like a very optimistic Wednesday supporter, Mark! Most I know are used to disappointment and expect the worst!

LOL, and Everton are meant to be one of the teams representing us in the champions league next season, cant really see them getting far personally.

Yeah me too Andy, i dont support Liverpool either but im definately going to be cheering them on against AC Milan. Its going to be tough but i reckon if Liverpool are on form then they have every chance of winning.

Im doing fine mate - just cant wait for the show to start now, its good when everyone on here likes different housemates and has the debates, last years especially was brilliant and hopefully more of the same this year.

Can you imagine the scene in our house the evening of the Champions League semi-final. Son huge Liverpool fan and daughter Chelsea fan who has been gloating all season. They wound each other up all night, and daughter went to bed in a huff (she was staying the night) muttering something about "never went over the line, shouldnt have been a goal, we woz robbed". Whilst son was dancing up and down and generally making more of a fool of himself than usual.

How long to the Cup final? Think I will be out that night too. If Liverpool win it will be safe to return, but if not (well we dont even think about that or mention the fact) and, of course FIFA will let Liverpool play next year - after all they are going to win the cup arent they :thumbs::thumbs:

Did you know that on the 4 previous times Liverpool have won it, they have worn red and their opponents have worn white....and guess what? thats the case this year!!

Fair play to West Brom, when the fans woke up this morning it looked more than likely they would be relegated but instead they got the win and now their in partying spirit.

I like the fact that the Baggies stayed up - it's disproved the theory that the team who is bottom at Christmas always gets relegated!

I expect they will end up in the same position next year though, fact is their simply not strong enough compared to teams like Chelsea, Arsenal, Man U, Liverpool, Bolton and Middlesborough.

yeah... u normally see teams promoted to the premier, get relagated straight away.
