2 Hours in the day and 11-6 in the morning would do, or even 11-4 if they only want to show so many hours a day, as the housemates will rarely be up until 6 anyway.

Good idea, but everyone is gonna kep posting more and more threads about it, they'll never stop.

we will view our disgust at the live feed being removed here, there and everywhere until it is reinstated.

I can't get into BB10 at all without LF, If I get so bored of BB I amy not even bother turning on the TV.

but i'm mature enough to understand and accept C4 have made a decision and won't be going back on it.
To those people who are complaining, making petitions etc just accept the decision and do something else with the time
That's my thoughts on the issue.

BB without LF is just rubbish, i cant get to know the HM's on the HL Show's the way you can with LF.:mad:

I will assume there will be no live feed for next years BB either. But i wont mind then cos this series with no live feed will detroy my interest in the show anyway.

BB is as entertaining now as parts of a tree

i did not watch live feed last year cus i did not have sky and i still got to know everyone with main show, i know it was good to have but on bblb last night thety said they would not bring it back cus the red button was not used much last year and there for they thought nobody wanted it cus they was watching clips on net

Don't you get it??!?! It isn't going to be re-instated! Channel 4 have confirmed it, the "Jacob" insider has confirmed it, hell, even George Lamb confirmed it. So if you want the live feed so much, stay up until 1 AM or whatever and watch it through the night.

What is interesting about live feed... is that you really see the real picture and not the one BB wants you to see when the evening show is edited.
I loved live feed... and BB is not the same to me without it.I think by not having it C4 are in danger of losing many of its regular viewers.
Live feed the only way of getting the real picture.

The live feed is also edited heavily, fool. Most of it is blocked out if there are tasks anyway. There was even one incident before I heard when the production staff at George Lucas stuck the ambient sounds on and blocked images on the livefeed while they went down the local for a few pints. It is also aired with a 15 minute delay, so anything the producers don't want you to hear or see, they block it. So therefore it doesn't matter if you watch the live feed or the highlights show, it is still what the producers want you to see.

I personally haven't ever watched live feed. My kids are usually around during the day so 1) I'm too busy to watch it.. 2) I don't think it's suitable for kids.. and 3) I would get bored watching it.

I've always liked that it was there, cuz you could get a sense of what you missed by talking to people online who do watch it.

I don't think I'll miss it but a lot of people obviously do, so I think it's a shame their voice isn't being heard by the people who make the decisions.

It's not that I ever watched it. But it's fact that it was there if I wanted to. The essence of BB is 24/7 and now we don't have that. We can't make our full opinions about people only having a few hours of live feed and an edited highlighted show to watch.

Other people watched it,they put what went on and you could make your opinion on someone based on everything,not half a show. And I'll miss watching LF on YT-I watched more BBLF on YT last year than I watched highlight shows.

Live feed from 11.05pm most nights aint too bad, better than bird poo.

That's basically how I feel about it Laura. I don't want to watch it, but I like knowing that it's there and that it can be watched.

It makes me wonder if the HMs will behave differently since they aren't really being watched 24/7.

This is how I feel to a certain extent, however I just find it sad that some people seem obsessed with it and will do anything to get it back.

The live feed axing is pathetic.

Fair enough if they got rid of the secret channel, but they didnt need to take the live streaming off the E4 schedule during the day - I mean FFS they are only showing REPEAT AFTER REPEAT of something like Gilmore Girls of Roswell, and surely that can't get that many ratings?!

All this sh*t about "we found viewers went to the website more last year" is bollocks too.

It's not really Big Brother is it?

It's a hourly version based upon the production teams edits that will produce the winner. I feel like I am watching a foreign version where I can't get a good link for live feed.

I'll take it because I like watching other countries Big Brothers, but it's hardly the format we all know and love. Come on Sky or BBC take it off their hands as quick as you can.

The red button 24-hour streaming facility was discontinued prior to the last
series of CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER and we have no plans to reintroduce this
service for the current edition of BIG BROTHER.

The main reason behind this decision is that we?ve found the number of
viewers choosing to use the red button facility has dropped significantly
and more and more viewers chose to watch the clips provided on the official
Big Brother and other websites. So we have shifted our resources to cover
these areas and have new fanzones, on Twitter and Facebook as well as our
own site, and we?ll also be working extensively with partners such as Bebo,
Youtube and MSN to deliver footage to Big Brother fans to keep them fully up
to date with what?s happening in the house.

However, live streaming will be available on both E4 and Channel 4 late
night/early morning and we will be showing all the other great shows that
make up the BIG BROTHER experience, like BIG BROTHER'S LITTLE BROTHER AND
BIG BROTHER'S BIG MOUTH.

Because they're a business and sometimes, business have to take cutbacks they don't nessescarily want to. Heard of the credit crunch? Perhaps C4 can't afford to hold a red button option because of it.

bb is just one of many tv shows i view if and when i have spare tme, my beef with channel 4 is how there are treating fans of there so called ; flagship show; ok ratings are now falling, but channel 4 have done very well from bb in the past. fans have stuck with the show, time channel 4 treated these fans with some respect, if they are winding down show,just say so, not end of world no live feed but if they putting show on that depends on viewers interaction then please treat viewers properly, theres been so much fuss in past about how different shows on tv have mislead viewers over tv voting etc, of course its all about making money but to do this they need to provide a service to public

I thought BB producers etc read this forum so we should keep mentioning it then they can see our disgust
