Absolutely true ... she almost certainly made up her mind to hate him the moment he started to speak. Reverse snobbery is just as bad as snobbery but this case is worse because Freddie is such a basically decent chap.

I really don't like her. She's even more like Tracey (BB8) than I realised. She's managed to make friends with the "right" people, so she now thinks she can talk down at people and get away with it, which by the looks of things, she is.
