Its infact not unhealthy just to live on water and sugar for 3 days, it will do no harm.

Three days with no food is not unhealthy. Especially for someone who is physically fit, like Angel. Having big bags of silicone sewn into your boobs and botox shot into your face, now THAT'S unhealthy...

Its not unhealthy I mean when we're not well for 3 days we dont eat do we our body doesnt want the food. On the other hand 3 days without food wont make big brother do anything since they knooow it isnt really a big deal.

3 days is nothing

what I mean by that is that three days isn't long enough to do your body any harm in the way of "starving" which is when the body starts "eating" itself

as Ben said, as long as you keep your glucose levels up there won't be any physical effect other than a bit of fatigue and obviously hunger

Lots of people fast to detoxify their systems so...

A lot of people do fasting to cleanse themselves, as long as she keeps her fluid intake up, she should be fine..

I did, but that was the '60s. Things were different then.

You can survive 3 weeks without food. Lots of models, actress's, sportspeople etc do this on a regular basis and fast for 3 days living on juice, water and glucose. Even Princess Diana used to do it!!

It is very good for your body and gets rid of unwanted toxins and totally cleans your body out.

I personally don't think she was trying to promote not eating for 3 days.. she was clearly stating that it was capable of achieving for some people who do not have much food themselves

If it was really so unhealthy then Big Brother wouldn't let her do it. 3 days with no food is a good detox. It gets rid of all the rubbish in your system. I used to do it when I was a bit health obsessed. As Angel is taking in glucose her energy levels should be okay and like she said, she won't faint. Much longer than 3 days though and your body starts to panic and eat at your muscles etc.
