Sree, Airtime and The Death Of BB10 ... This Friday!
 

OK we know the state of matters regarding BB10 and Sree leaving.

But I have to say this:

If Sree sucks, yet after 4 weeks has carried the show (along with Freddie to some extent) then what does this say about all the other housemates?

The star who gets all the airtime/drama/entertainment is leaving, just to have pointless bores in the house who do and say nothing.

Why O Why is BB like this? It's AN ENTERTAINMENT SHOW.

PS: I do like Freddie, and it's a shame he's up every week and at the expense of guys like Sree leaving. This is not a Halfwit hate thread.

But Sree = BB10.

too many of these types of threads up already. you can say he "is" bb10 all you want but i think the fact is, bb10 is not so great... needs people like sree to bugger off and let some other personalities show through. or better yet, make room for new housemates

Um, no. I agree that we're being left with the boring housemates, but that's because 4 entertaining housemates have left already, Saffia, Sophia, Cairon and Angel, but unfortunately that's not our fault and it's not down to us.

Which is why Big Brother needs to put ALL housemates up ASAP, so that the public have the chance to evict who they want to.

But, there are quite a few other entertaining housemates such as Marcus, Siavash, Halfwit and possibly Charlie left. Hopefully they'll be new housemates soon that we can also warm to and will be entertaining.

As for Sree, he's just irritating and rude. Glad he's going.

I agree completely with this. He gets too much airtime and I would hate to see him stay in because people think his rudeness and social ineptitude are "entertaining".

If they were any good then they would get airtime OVER Sree.

At first I loved to hate him, now I just can't stand him or understand him and he just get's on my nerves.

and no annoying people don't equal entertainment. There seems to be this misconception that Loud big characters are always entertaining but they're not

all you see is sree's childish whinging and strops and its really becoming boring and monotonous. "oh whats soandso done to upset sree today..." people like siavash or rodrigo who are starting to come into their own are being pushed aside. that was my point.

Can anyone explain why everyone says that Sree is naieve and childlike?

He says he is president of the Student Union at Herts Uni. Surely he could not achieve that position if he was not able particularly in organising etc.

He only gets airtime because as Rodrigo says he talks over everyone.

I will definately miss him, but he does get me annoyed when he says thing that sway peoples opinions on noirin, thats not entertaining.

Sree's completely over rated, he's not the only 'entertaining' (I say that loosely) HM. When he goes I guarantee that the show will get better sicne it won't be the same old Sree Show every night. You'll see more of other HM's and you'll probably find a new favourite.

Everyone who's treating Sree like the messiah of BB are being complete Drama queens.

Good, worthy housemates get airtime no matter what. If they can't get airtime over Sree, then that speaks volumes. Very lame.

Having airtime shoved down their throats due to departure of big personalities is pointless, they should have got it in the first 4 weeks.

Without the clique Sree would be harmless and i wouldnt mind him as much. i have much more hate for lisa and kris, and mostly why i hate sree is because he brown noses them and is aware of there authority in the house

He's not the life and soul though. Look at last year with every confrontational character (Jennifer, Sylvia ETC) people said it would be the end of BB9 but other people stood out because of it. BB will go on after Sree goes, someone else will become the big villain. The only reason why Sree's got so much airtime is because he's an easy target and BB wanted to mold him into a hate figure so that they'd get a large wad of cash when he's evicted.

The storyline editors probably already have potential storylines set up to be edited in when he leaves. Just because he's the most featured doesn't mean he's irreplaceable.

But yeh I stay with it, I think out of all the assholes in the house his the best, his himself, ok himself isnt a good thing to be but he is netherless.

Well they'll definately emphasize the divide. I reckon Kris or Lisa will take up Sree's role as the villain. More time will be given to Marcus and Noirin as they have a good partnership. New HM's will be added soon enough which will change the dynamics and roles.

I've done about editing in reality TV, Producers and editors have back up plans for storylines. They never stake everything on one HM.
