He's pretty much ignored by the other Hm's
His only friend Ken left last night
He isn't trusted by any hm's
He doesn't seem too important to any storyline
He goes to bed early instead of trying to mix like Bea and david have
He hasn't really shown anythign that will make him one of the top new Hm's

Yes I feel a little pity for him. Marcus has had it in for Tom from the moment he entered the house and has turned other HMs against him. Therefore Tom didn't really stand a chance to make any friends properly.
