I Hope Marcus Is Evicted or Gets His Childish Deluded A*se Kicked Out This week!!!

Have Big Brother fixed it for Marcus to stay in? Let's face it, Marcus was 2nd favourite to go after Ken followed by Noirin in the polls? Why didn't they just refund the voting money back to people who voted Ken out and then re-open the voting lines? After all there were still 10 other Housemates up for eviction and Marcus would have definately gone.

Big Brother have got themselves in a mess over this weeks voting fiasco and could easily have sorted it out by allowing the voting to continue after Kenneth left as they have done previously. This looks to me like they have saved Marcus which is so wrong on us the viewers. Didn't they already save Marcus once?

2 weeks ago Marcus was certain to go against Freddie. Big Brother found an opportunity to get Charlie
up for eviction and then decided to take an opportunity to put Kris up and obviously he was evicted by the public vote. Marcus was saved.

When they put the 11 up, Big Brother must have known that Kenny was going to be evicted as he was obviously so unpopular. He then leaves like previous housemates have done but normally the voting continues. But this time, with Marcus almost certain to go again they cancel the voting and eviction.

Other housemates have left without the voting being cancelled. Maysoon walked out of the show and Celebrity Big Brother Leo Sayer walked but the voting continued.

I could be totally wrong (again) but why change the rules suddenly and cancel the voting and eviction.

Marcus has offfered very little to the house apart from the Diary Room rant. He is aggressive and threatening to other housemates and has been extremely controlling manipulative, deluded and downright creepy in his behaviour towards Noirin and other female housemates, including his comments to Nikki Grahame. All he is doing now is depressing other housemates and killing the show. He is like a child rather than a 35 yr old man.

Housemates have been kicked out for aggressive threats before now but not Marcus.

I have said previously that BB are saving him for some reason otherwise he would either have gone in the "Non" eviction orkicked him out.

I don't see why BB doesn't just keep the lines open. But I'm kinda glad, Marcus is a legend

careful what you wish for Dennis

im sure i read a post last night that said Noirin had overtaken Marcus and claimed 2nd place in the who goes poll,

Adamw92 23-07-2009 01:08 PM

I wish they had of kept the lines open so Marcus would go

jazz.avfc 23-07-2009 01:18 PM

Definately a fix!
When Saffia or whatever her name was walked,
they didn't cancel the eviction then.
Absolute fix.

Methinks we haven't heard the last from BB about Marcus' rule-breaking. Last night he was cogitating on just how easily led the housemates are... before convincing Ken to go over the wall.

There's a reasonable probability that Marcus will be ejected. With about 80%+ of the vote between them I see no reason for C4 to continue the voting or the eviction this week

Crikey! How do i get the thread closed?

Think you could be on to something Dennis.

Marcus or Noirin would have gone(probably).

BB are calculating that would be bad for ratings. Those two are more or less carrying BB at the moment and are a class act. The potential dynamics that can evolve from the marcus/noirin story line re tom/siavash could make for really good telly.

Gav1983 23-07-2009 01:45 PM

Im pretty sure if the vote went ahead, noirin would be gone.

The people who tried last week will finish the job

Shannieg 23-07-2009 01:48 PM

I agree totally, I cannot stand Marcus, bb probably see it as no Marcus no show. Methinks he was on top after Ken and Kenscape is a good excuse to keep him in. Think about it...who is the most talked about on the boards, who is the camera on most? Who consistently breaks the rules? Can't stand the man, but can't see him going any time soon. Now try to imagine the house without him, much as I'm about to choke on these words, it would be even more boring than it is now

Patrick 23-07-2009 01:50 PM

For once they fixed it for the right reason!

Quite obvious you lot would vote out the biggest entertainer and have a **** series with only Charlie being entertaining while the rest all sit around!

BB did the right thing!

HELLIWONTGO 23-07-2009 01:50 PM

I would far rather watch Muckus and Noirin then the happy hippies!
I would not put it past the BB producers to 'fix' it if they thought it was to their advantage!
I f Muckus and Noirin went the show would put people to sleep!

BB22 23-07-2009 01:52 PM

The "fix" and "conspiracy" angles simply do not stand up to scrutiny. Channel 4 would never cancel their biggest event of the week unless they felt they absolutely had to, and certainly not to "save" any particular Housemate.

As I have pointed out in other threads, the integrity of this week's vote was totally compromised and they felt they had no other choice. It really is as simple as that. I would imagine they are more annoyed than anyone on this forum.

Precisely - I'm so glad they've done it, completely the right thing to do!

I would have voted differently if I knew Kenneth was going to walk (change from Kenneth to Hira!) - I would imagine it wouldbe much tighter betwenn Marcus, Hira, noirin etc.!

modena 23-07-2009 02:03 PM

Maybe there were no votes for anyone but Kenneth:bigsmile:

Do Big Brother deliberately want to save the pair of them and their ongoing "romance" storyline? Big Brother have got themselves in a mess over this weeks voting fiasco and could easily have sorted it out by allowing the voting to continue after Kenneth left as they have previously. This looks to me like they have saved the pair of them which is so wrong on us the viewers. BB always screw with us, but this time i'm actually happy getting screwed by them.

dennissabre 23-07-2009 02:08 PM

It is just theory of mine. I am just summising like everyone else on here.

I even acknowledged in my OP that i could be wrong but the facts are none of us actually know yet.

noobism 23-07-2009 02:12 PM

Its a fix, marcus and norrin are making Big Brother just about watchable at the moment without them it would be **** lets face it.

SO it is in channel 4's interest to keep them in for a little longer, maybe just a week but its a weeks more revenue.

Zippy 23-07-2009 02:13 PM

Integrity of the show?

huh?

They could easily have just gone with whoever had the next highest vote. I don't see how that effects their integrity. Im sure theyve done similar to that before.

As it stands theyve wasted everybodies time with this weeks nominations and voting. They could have salvaged some meaning from it by just continuing with the voting. There were enough up.

Jack_ 23-07-2009 02:15 PM

I'm over the moon they've cancelled the eviction, it means we have another week of Hira, but also have another week of the legend Marcus.

He's making this bloody show at the moment, last night's Live Feed was unmissable, the best night I've ever watched. All these people that seem to want Marcus out will have no Live Feed to watch because the housemates will all have gone to bed at around 01:30. We keep Marcus, and he does more entertaining things like this and we get more stuff to watch on Live Feed.

Makes sense... but no, some of you lot would rather watch Hira sleeping.

GiRTh 23-07-2009 02:21 PM

Possibly a fix but I'm not really fussed. I find their relationship to be one of the highlights of each show but for totally the wrong reasons. Marcus seems quite switched on, he can even see how self-centred Norin really is but he still keeps putting himself in vulnerable psotions with her. He'll never learn. I like Tom driving a wedge in between them with Marcus clearly jealous and Noirin loving the attention but protesting that she doesnt want Marcus' presence to make Tom feel uncomfortable because she thinks Tom may fancy her. I've never heard so much horsesh*t in my life. I dont see how that girl has any fans. She's clearly loves herself more than she could ever love any one else.

Exactly Ziggy

jgfrise 23-07-2009 02:50 PM

Exactly Ziggy and the next highest vote was Marcus on all on-line polls. They clearly want to keep Marcus in. He was miles ahead of anybody else. Big Brother continue to manipulate the voting, shown by the fact that rule-breaker Lisa has continually missed being put up for eviction! They clearly think that Marcus and Lisa, the two most loathed housemates, are good TV:mad:

BONNEIP 23-07-2009 03:21 PM

If the'd knowen Ken was gonna walk Lisa's nomination would have stood, she was going up for the boot this week, if all the others hadn't broken the rules.....anyway rules are made to be broken....KEEP MARCUS IN....:dance2:

clairem43 23-07-2009 03:27 PM

I watched the HL's today and at the end they said"The phone eviction has be cancelled" so maybe there is going to be a eviction just not a vote one?
