Does that mean someone didnt like something I said.?

Yeah it does, you can turn it off if you like it's in your control panel then, you'll see something about karma

Yeah...I think we get to give a + or - every 3 hours!
Some people also give them for simply not agreeing with you!

Yeah, You can plus or minus somebodies karma if you don't like their post. But you can only do it once every 3 hours. :thumbs:

You must need to have a certian amount of posts before you can give karma. I've just tried and it wouldn't let me.
