How much money do you keep in your wallet or purse? and do you limit the amount of money you\'d keep in it?
 

I've seen people with stacks of cash in theirs... I'd have thought most would not want too much in theirs

But why would you have a maximum amount? for security?

It depends. I have £20 at the moment. Sometimes it's hundreds. It depends what I am doing.

Definitely for security. I once carried €1000 and it was rather scary but it was for a good reason. But still, you don't feel good hence I'd rather have €100 and the rest on my credit card.

I once had £2,500 in cash on me. I was so paranoid I kept my hands on it in my pockets at all times. I had to check it was there every 2 minutes. Not a good thing. I must have been so conspicuous. I had to get a taxi home just to make sure I didn't lose it. :joker:

Nothing, i try not to use my wallet anymore.

I take out which ever cards i will need and put them and cash in my pocket.

I fear of losing my wallet whilst drunk, if everything is seperate less chance of losing everything lol.


But the most i have ever carried in cash is 7,050.
And i was ******** myself, i was looking at everyone walking past me lol..
It wasn't on show, so they probably thought i had some problem or i was a weirdo lol, i just worried about it.

As little as possible, but tbh depends where I'm going, say im off shopping then around £50 to £120 dependant on where im going. But watchin football about £15 for home match and £45 to £70 if away.

I don't have a purse of wallet,lol. Unless I'm saving,I'll usually keep whatever money I have at the time in the front bit of my bag.

Around £20 £30

I've carried a couple of hundred with me a few times before, and never felt in danger. Having said that, I live on an island with a very low crime-rate, and it's always been in open public places during the day. I probably wouldn't do it in a dodgy area at night.

About £10-20.

normally about £10 unless its a day when bills to pay and stuff then its around £200 but its not in there very long before handing it over to whoever i need to pay:bawling:

I usually try to keep about a fiver or a tenner in it but sometimes i do have a bit more in if im going shopping

However much money i have so long as it isn't coppers etc.. or if i'm saving for something i wouldn't take everything.

Max I ever had was a check for €9.500 didn't cash it in the bank for 3 days never really thought about it.

Generally I have a couple of hundred in it.

£300 plus debit and credit cards ... I hate having no money and if I go below about £100 I need to go to the bank or get cash back ...

I'd never go over £1000 though, I did once though I had about £3000 on me after going to the casino one time and hated it
