Elstree is like ten minutes away from University of Hertfordshire. He's probably got nothing better to do.

Plenty of HMs show up there and if he is nearby then why wouldn't he want to be front row and centre to catch all the goings-on inside the House where he lived for a month and among people he has a relationship with?

Sree carried BB10 for a month so as far as I'm concerned he can do whatever he wants.
