I thought that perhaps Marcus was about to refer to a conversation he may have had with the BB Psychiatrist such as "I am stuck in here and there is nothing to do so I just chase Noireen, it's not like I am a creepy weirdo" and the Psychiatrist agreed.

I think that BB will be getting the straight jackets ready and send in two men in whites suits to take Marcus out. Oh dear!
