The new h/mates are poor quality as some of us expected

Bea, we already got one manipulative female in there
Total waste of time and none were deemed good enough to go in at the start!

The only one I like out of the newbies is Bea, the rest that are left you don't see much of during the HL

As a rule I hate entering new HMs and I see it as a violation of the very premise concepts behind BB.
This year I was actually welcoming it. Anything to try and save this season and maybe even pump it up.
Anyways,
Kenneth really was a goldmine. He was a scam artist and full of potential for all sorts of severe trouble-making. He was also a true sociopath (Noirin may not be a full sociopath). But he was probably only good for one juiced up week of problems and drama no matter what.

Tom was also good for about 3-4 days of drama but mainly to get Marcus to taste his own medicine and get shown up as the irresponsible titmouse he really is.
Actually.. Tom was winning me over and I thought he could have panned out into a better HM.
In a weird way I can sympathise with his leaving.

Bea does nothing for me. Its like they just found another Sophie who would be Freddy's match. I think she is a manipulator and insincere but worse than any of that - I find her rather dull and unnecessary,
and,
she has actually ruined Freddy who doesn't need to be 'odd man out' and go around annoying people anymore. Which was his entire draw for us.

Hira is cute and I have only seen her twice and both times made me laugh out loud. The one clip where they go from intense athlete Tom to Hira having what appears to be a mini-seizure or struggling to release her velcro from the carpet,
and,
Despite being non-existent she decides (weirdly) to sit outside Marcus jail and ruin a song for him and everyone else.

Camp Frankenstein. I was confused about who 'David' was supposed to be. I said this before but I will say again that I was momentarily freaked out when I suddenly saw this strange man in a living room shot. I thought it was a cameraman or BB staffer accidentally in a shot.
It turns out that was this 'David' person.

So sadly the two more interesting new HMs have walked away.
Two are invisible.
The third has mitigated the only interesting thing about the most popular original HM.

Bea is a good housemate and although he didn't do much Tom definitely stirred it up a bit. Kenneth was vile but caused a bit of drama. David and Hira only weak links so because its the minority quite a good selection this time

David gave a short monologue last about his own situation. He said he had a s**t life and BB was the most exciting thing that had ever happened to him. He wanted it to change his life and would stay in the house as long as he could. To put this in context it was just after Tom had left and the housemates were discussing having a mass walkout. His candour impressed me and I fe;t quite sorry for him.
