Why did Saskia snog Maxwell
 

In the highlights show last night, Saskia snogged Max in front of Craig and Anthony. Do you think that she is starting to like him in 'that way', or what? After a week or so of rejecting his numerous advances, I thought it was an odd thing for her to do.

Well I think she was stupid to do that, knowing how he feels about her.

It's all good viewing, but she knows how he feels and sometimes when he has made advances towards her, she has looked really peed off about it. Now she's snogged him and you only had to look at his face to see how pleased he was. He will probably think he's in with a chance.

She probably did it because hes been away doing the task that she missed all the attention that she was once getting.

That was what I thought as well.

She tried to make it look as if she snogged him to cheer him up but i dont think it was anything to do with that, as we have mentioned before she wants to make it look like something might happen so that we keep her in.

I think it is part of the game plan.... looking at tonight's highlights show all the negative body language was there again towards Maxwell.

Saskia is the biggest minx in the house.

Saskia is playing the game perfectly in the house. She's keeping Maxwell interested but making it clear that there is a limit to how far she will go, hence the occasional snog. She's stringing Maxwell along to a certain degree, but if he is going to allow himself to be led like this then it's him people should be criticising and not Saskia.

I don't understand why when a woman goes into the BB house and uses her "womanly charms" to try and gain an advantage, that she is vehemently hated by the public. She's playing Maxwell (and also Anthony) perfectly and good on her.

I'm not a fan of Max either. In a moment of weakness I started to quite like him, but went off him again. I think he's arrogant and annoying (how many times do we need to hear "off the hook"). But I don't like the way Saskia is stringing him along - I just don't think it's a very nice thing to do, but he is a fool not to realise it. But I bet that if he backed off from her and started flirting with one of the other girls, Saskia would soon come running.

Also, it's not just when a woman does it that people don't like it. If the roles were reversed and Saskia clearly fancied Maxwell, and he was stringing her along just enough to keep her interested, I wouldn't like him doing that to her. It's not the fact that she is female, I just don't like that kind of thing.

And maybe it's just me, but I don't snog someone unless I really care about them. Gentle flirting is a bit different from a snog. I wonder what her boyfriend thinks of it all?

LOL, i was much the same, for a short time I really like Maxwell and then went right off him. He just annoys me, and the fact that he thinks the public loves him makes him even more up his own a**e!!

I see your point about it not being just a woman thing, but Anthony has been doing largely the same thing with Makosi and hasn't had the same kind of criticism as Saskia had. But there are two major differences with Anthony and Makosi which may explain that; it's not to the same degree as the "Maxkia" romance and Makosi isn't as dumb as Maxwell (insider info from Vanessa has clearly given her the edge here though!).
