They aren't going to do anything anyways. They also haven't done anything with Amber's incident on Jewish people and neither on Braden this year.

CBS is too politically correct to get a scandal, they'll let it go.

That isn't abuse, it is obvious he done it as a joke. It looks like Natale got mad because of the Lydia situation and when he "hit" her she wanted to make him look bad.
