Muse
Taylor Swift

more acts are expected to be announced soon. Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford and singers Katy Perry and Ne-Yo have been confirmed to present an award.

I hope Madonna will appear (The VMA Queen) to preform, Or at least annonce a award. She is well overdue a VMA preformace since Hung Up (I think)

No good? she hasn't performed in 4 years. She hasn't ha d a memorable performance since Hollywood which is only so notable because of Britney and Christina.

Madonna VMA Queen? Hell to the no. The only performance most people remember is the kiss with Britney/Christina. I may appear biased but if there's one performer who really, as of recent, left their mark at the VMA's and has continued to do so is Britney. Sure she hasn't won many, but her performances there were continually iconic.
