Now dont get too excited and come down from the ceiling, just a reminder that the episode of CFF that they appeared in is being shown on Sky 1 at 1.00am tonight. Yes I know its late, but worth staying up to see them tackle all those nasties and prove that our Helen is pretty brave.

I thought Hellen was well funny when she had to take the spider out of the box,well done to her!And Pauls face was comical.

Or on the first stunt when she said "Once a cheat always a cheat," that was typical Hellen!

we dont think theyre engaged although they are pretty private nowadays.
