I for one really like this guy and while i was browsing other forums it seems he has alot of other fans too,..do you think he could be a dark horse and poissibly go all the way? i would love to see it happen if Maxwell didnt win..

Well, wouldnt quite go that far but Derek certainly can be funny to watch - I love when he had to go round kissing everyone and when he gets all excited its like hes just a big kid!!!

Im starting to quite like Derek he's one of my favourites at the moment, I never like him at the start but he's quite funny to watch, and he never got any nominations this week

Derek is my fave, but I don't think he'll have enough to win it. I'd love to be proved wrong though!

He plays the game well if its him or Makosi left to win id have him over Makosi.

Derek is definately playing the game well. By latching on to team Makosi hes baught himself at least another few weeks in the house. I wud prefer any of Saskias team to win before him. It just annoys me how ppl cant see how bitchy he and Makosis team are towards Sas where as they dont realy ever seem to mention them.

I really like Derek,I have done since the start really,except I like him more now.He's really funny and he has the occasional outburst which I find hilarious,like when he was in the kitchen wit Sam.

I think he could make final 4,maybe not win.Never say never though.

I'm rather fond of Derek too. Despite his short temper and snobbery and intolerance of practically all the housemates he's not afraid to have fun with them, as though he's able to let all the nonsense go and just enjoy having a good time with his fellow man or woman. That's a rare quality, and so much better than the bitchy playground silliness of the younger members.

If you don't like him then sure, you don't like him, but 'boring' is an insult banded too often around the Big Brother world. It's because nobody wants to be boring, anything but boring! So if you want to insult a housemate for whatever reason, however much they actually dispell languidity in the house, call them boring!

Dereck bores me a lot with all the intilectual stuff he comes out with! Sometimes he makes me laugh when he is acting funny or dancing like a chicken lol :dazzler::colour: what is with those arms please??
