Bless him... he's a geek... yes he rambles on and talks **** and tries to be funny, but you've gotta love him for that!!!
I don't mean you have to find what he says interesting, but I think it's cute the way he rambles on

I like Eugiene, although hes a geek hes harmless.

I think he is a genuinely nice guy, rambles a bit, but if that's the worst thing that can be said about someone, that's pretty good going. Unfortunately, I think some of the vultures in that house will try and pick him off.

His just odd, but that is Eugiene..... he is alright in his own way. Yeah I like him for being himself and for being honest.

But I can't see him staying long he is to much of a target as Ruth said.

he has grown on me and if any of you who watched todays bblb shown him talking about american rollercoasters and and he said that it had the same theme tune as grandstand and he thought it was funny but sadly the other housemates did'nt so seconds after he put his head down and the smile on his face was gone, poor guy

I think Eugene brings some special to that house - honesty - he is not trying to be anything other than himself. After all no-one would have a game plan to be that geeky (or would they). He needs to stay in the house to keep the house from getting too cosy. After all they have to have someone to bitch about dont they:blush:

Eugene is so cool! He amy bore some people, but he actually likes talking to people unlike some people who jus shout! He hasnt thrown sh*tty water about and he is mature, and sweet. He should win.

It's such a shame the way the others put him down!

personally, I have nothing wrong with Eugene, he is a very sensitive, and caring member of the Big Brother house. For instance, when Eugene had his first secret mission, and is then rumbled by Makosi, he cries. Not because he has failed, but feels he has left his fellow housemates down. Also, he even contributed some of his hair in the trade last night. HE DOESN'T EVEN DRINK ALCOHOL!!! I mean, how generous is that?

Eugene Mature! are you joking! He acts as if he went to bed when he was 10 and didn't wake up again until a month ago! he must be most naive 27 year old man ive every laid eyes on. You can only call some one mature when they have true wisdom about the world and people on it and then choose to conduct they lives and develop personality in a way that is considerate and mindful of other people and has the ability to communicate on all levels with other people. Eugene acts the way he does because for some reason he some how got caught up in a time warp which has not allowed him to mix and experience live with people like any of the other house mate or us for that matter. He is always on about putting things into microwaves and should have realised by now that the objects in microwaves joke is not going to win you any new admirers in the house! (im also 27 and talked about **** like this with my friends when we were 13 years old and soon realised when we got older that there are a lot more interesting things in life). It beggars belief when every ones having a conversation and he really actually does not know what there talking about. He doesn't know the undercurrent of the conversation and is totally oblivious to what there really talking about and them taking the mick out of him. Even my 15 year old nephew was like "can't he tell there mocking him??????" Intelligent! this guy is a total twat!!! and I recon he a virgin as well. Unless there a mrs Eugene just as dull and naive out there, just like him.

Another thing about this guy is that he is not even that intelligent any way. allot of what he talks about is wrong. It just that he talks so much dross that no one really cares what he is talking about or wheather he is right or wrong any more.

This guy is not a geek (they get there facts right!) He actually is a wanabe but in a different kind of way to the other house mates.

If you think this specimen of inferior male homosapien is sweet (yes we all know big words to - but most of us are actually interesting) Then you should be locked up because its not good to take advantage of people with special needs!

just needed to get this off my chest, Eugene to me is the epitome of weakness. Had he of been born in a litter of tiger cubs, He would have not survived as the other cubs would have eaten his food as well as there own. I think it inexcusable to be such a wet bag. But just so you know I hate Maxwell and every thing he stands for as well. so im not a neanderthal, alpha male lover either! (off the hook, like frozen beef. Maxwell the t*w*a*t!)

I think its because Eugene is mature that he doesnt get too involved with the others in there as most of them are self obsesesed and uninteresting.
Yes he may be different but at least hes interesting, he may throw TVs off cliffs for fun but what do the others do? Go out and get drunk every weekend, least hes unique.
As for not realising the others are mocking him, you can see by the expression on his face that he realises this, hes also said that he knows people dont find his jokes funny. I think he is quite funny, its the way he starts laughing to himself in the middle of them that amuses me.
I dont think he feels comfortable in the house as noone else is really on his wavelength, i think if he was with people he felt comfortable with hed come out of his shell a lot more.
He also tells people his opinions of them (craig) in a straightforward manner, yet doesnt bitch, so i wouldnt describe him as a wetbag.

GG8Girl, You say that Eugene amuses you when he laughs to him self in the middle of one of his jokes. That to me is akin to taking the mickey out of him, because your not laughing at the information he is try to convey but your laughing at the way he conveys the information. this is ok if your laughing at a child or an animal. But to disregard what he is saying and find that his way of conversing with people is funny to me is discrimination.

Lets just analyze one of Eugene's jokes for a minute "10 irresponsible thing to do with a microwave ha ha ha a ha ha" Ok eugene find this to be very funny but i cant actually find the punch line in this, we all know that if you put metal into a microwave then the radiation cant naturally flow to the other side and creates a short circuit which can damage or even make it explode if left for long enough. And we all know that a microwave heats things up my boiling the wate particales in the object so from this we can guess waht will happen to things when we put them into the microvave. But Eugene keeps going on about some thing we've all know since we were at least teenagers so its not funny because its not that imaginative and original (for an adult).

An adult human being of 27 years should have developed by now a sense of humour which is actually quite spontaneous (at least some of the time), is unique, imaginative and is informative to others around you. If you think back to school im sure you would have remembered people like Eugene who were this strange being bullied by other children. Ok that was inexcusable to bully someone at school for this sort of behaviour just because they are a late bloomer, But Eugene is an ultra late bloomer. By know he should have learnt what the definition of what the word "cool" really is because he is definitely very uncool! but im not even saying that he should act cool because im not saying that he should be as pretentious as some of the other house mates. but you can be uncool but actually informative and quite funny. But this guy is neither. I think he needs to go and get some real time learning in the university of life and then become allot more accomplished at communicating with different people.

I don't really hate the guy, I'm concerned for his future, because he really needs to develop his personality a lot more for his age. if he is still like this in his 30's then his brains personality pathways would have cemented and he will unfortunately be like this for the rest of his life. (many divorces down the road for being so boring!!!!!).

Eugene is the most boring housemate EVER! He talks a load of s**t and when someone asks him a simple question he rambles on about it for about 3 hours, and the other housemates yawn in front of him when hes talking which if that happend ot me i would take the hint, he tries to be funny but when the other housemates do not actually laugh just makes me feel embarresed, his jokes are rubbish and he even talks like a nerd!

he's not that bad, i feel sorry for him because not many people like him

Lol not many people like him because hes boring and he just isnt funny he needs to go to a brothel or something when he goes out!

His actual jokes might not be funny in themselves but the way he tells them is great, i wouldnt find watching something blowing up in a microwave funny but they way he gets really enthusiastic and happy when describing his jokes is brilliant, hes different and he doesnt care.
As for talking about treating ladies like that etc, well at least hes a gentleman, which are few and far between these days.
He seems to be a naturally happy, genuine, caring person.
As for being a virgin, maybe he doesnt want to sleep around and is waiting to fall in love, old fashioned maybe but not immature. Immature is sleeping around, having affairs, catching stds.
He might not fit into the image of cool in todays society but i dont think hed want to.
