You finally get an articulate, intelligent and forthright housemate and many of you can't handle it. I don’t think I have ever seen a housemate to be so completely misunderstood. Of course she’s certainly no angel and sometimes it might be better ( for herself mainly ) if she held back. However, the wonderful thing about this smart lady is her lack of fear . She will simply say what’s on our mind. It seems people find this hard to accept.
She was derided from day one for simply getting on with Freddie. Why this was a shock is a mystery to me. After all they both come from similar backgrounds and share a similar mentality. Of course she is now derided for not getting on with Freddie. She really cannot win can she?
There have been these same contradictory attacks since she arrived. The odd thing is how certain housemates can do no wrong. Step forward the compulsive liar Siavash. The moral crusader whose purpose it seems is to take over BB.

She is nothing but an irritating insect!

I can't handle the fact that all she does is moans, bitches, crys, bitches some more, insults people in the DR, calls herself a "big thing", bitches a lil' more, and then breaks peoples hearts before going to bed.

So in that respect, yes, I can't handle her.

I don't mind her, I like troublemakers. I was really hoping Issac would have stayed in the house to do battle with her, though.

OP makes some good points.Bea is more intelligent than some of the other housemates,though she doesn't seem all that clued-up at times.
Though she was very much liked when she first entered the house,her susequent behaviour has lost her that earlier endearment.
David was right the other day when he said Bea had gotten 'out of bed the wrong side'.She really 'had it on her' that day!
Bea has gone the opposite way to Hira,who was despised early on,but now seems to be gathering a lot of popularity.
So it looks like BB fans don't like confrontational,irritable housemates,and clearly a lot do not like housemates with any intelligence.

I think she has been well educated but I dont think she is very clever

I love Bea.... she is human...she has a little bitch SO WHAT!! at least she tells people what she thinks..she isn't nasty and always makes up afterwards if she has offended someone.

Articulate and forthright she may be, but she is far, far from intelligent if you ask me. She picks fights with those who she knows she can either win or make look stupid, or make them look like bullies to the other housemates. Those that perhaps don't have the verbal and social skills that she does seem to have. I actually really liked Bea when she first came into the house, she seemed fair, had a good sense of reasoning and seemed to listen to people. Now she seems to belittle people whenever she has the chance and has certainly not done herself any favours with regard to her behaviour with David. She seems quite clever (there's a difference), scheming and underhand. Get her out. Vote David!!

I like her more than Freddie, Marcus and Siavash but she's not clever. She thought we didn't have a King because he was dead and she also said that there was no anti-semitism before the Nazi's. Yeah she is so intelligent she told Rodrigo (i think it was him) that The Queens husband The Duke of Edinburgh was dead.
