Well those of us that watch it KNOW how Freddie was bullied, it seems some people are suffering with amnesia

Thats what I say Sarah. Lisa is a B*TCH ALL the time, Freddie snaps ONCE even though hes gone through crap, like being picked on and being led on by Bea.

Even then I LOVE Freddie for what he did, hes not really serious for acting that way

I agree - and I think it was more than "picking" IMO - they were hate-filled attacks. Also, do you remember when she kept getting Freddies name wrong in the diary room - calling him "****wit" and "dickhead" etc. I've wanted Lisa out since then and nothing she does now will change my mind.

Lisa gave him far worse in the past, and didn't like this at all ... however, Freddie was fighting at her level here and can make his points far more intelligently than this. But I judge them over all the weeks and Freddie is a far nicer person than she is.

Also, when BB showed Lisa's nastiness on the HL it was CONSIDERABLY toned down. I think Lisa would have been slung out long ago if BB hadn't warned her at least twice.

You have to view this objectively on it's own merits and not be so blinkered becuz of the issues that arose earlier on in the show, because it's obviously distorting things for you right now. The guy acted like a total prat on tonights show.

What I had previously loved about Freddie was he civility and gentlemanly ways, and how he would never stoop to Lisa and her groups level of vitriol. He maintained his integrity in the process and gained my support.

However, after this spectacle he's damaged his chances, to the extent where I'm honestly not quite sure who he really is anymore. I mean, he condemned David publicly over absolutely nothing, ranting on about his own insane theories. That's unnacceptable behaviour and, as much as I loathe Lisa, she was entirely jusitified in defending her friend.

you can't possibly justify what he's done. he wasn't standing up for himself or being defensive, he was in full on attack mode for NO reason. yes, lisa was horrible to him at the start, but that doesn't excuse the way he was going on. "ha ha bb hates you" so pathetic. he can hold an argument with resorting to this sort of behaviour. he is no better than lisa now

What I find funny is how ALL the hms picked on Freddie in the beginning...remember when he used all the eggs in the beginning & how most of the house hated him for that? When did Lisa take all the blame?
The hms who are friends with Freddie now only started hanging with him after he survived evivtion 3 or 4 times. Can't you see they will never hang with him outside the house?!:rolleyes:

I don't think Freddie overreacted. I think all Lisa's previous nastiness came back to bite her on the a*se tonight and it was wonderful to watch Lisa's bitter, resentful face.

she wasn't even just defending david, she was defending herself. he brought lisa into in by saying she had a gameplan and that she was gutted because it had failed. total load of tosh!! at the start i think she was influencing nominations, but she doesnt have anything like that sort of power now. the hm have decided who they want to go themselves. the other housemates can see through bea and freddie refuses to believe her nimination could be anything but tactical.

I think Freddie really let himself down tonight, and taking Lisa out of the equation for a moment, he had no reason nor any right to accuse David of having a game plan by being friends with Lisa. David has done nothing wrong to Freddie at all, his only reason for attacking him seems to stem from dislike for Lisa (which is understandable) but also because Bea doesn't like him. Neither of these are valid reasons to verbally attack someone the way that Freddie did.

Also, two wrongs don't make a right. Freddie acted like a cocky, arrogant little child tonight, now fair enough he put up with an awful lot of nastiness early on in the show, but that was WEEKS ago, it seemed tonight that he is so supremely confident that he will be going nowhere, that he felt he was allowed to ridicule and torment two other HM's, and laugh in their face about them facing the vote. Because he feels now that whatever he does, the public will save him.

The Freddie of a few weeks ago wouldn't have done that, this is a new Freddie that's emerging now, and it's not a very pleasant one to watch, for me anyway.

Just to clarify, I'm not a Lisa or David fan so I'm looking at this from a neutral standpoint. If anything I've been something of a fan of Freddie's, I just feel he's let himself down somewhat by acting in the same way as Lisa did to him, albeit only for one night. It still didn't make him look good and I'm pretty disappointed in him.
