Freddie went into the playground, but it was outweighed by the outing of a bully

I have seen this in the playground. Freddie let me down tonight, as he could have played that so much better. However, the whole scenario (including having a pop at David) was about reeking revenge on the bullies/plotters. He must have been waiting for this for a long time.

Part of me was shouting at the screen for him to stop :colour: while part of me couldn't blame him. And she didn't like it one bit did she? The sign of a TRUE bully (you can see it in her eyes).

Listen, I still love the guy. He is immature and indeed not as clever as he thinks at times. This I accept. Indeed in many other ways it is what makes him so endearing. But to start calling him 'evil' and 'vile' (or words to that effect) by the haters is just plain ridiculous and a complete misunderstanding of a person's psyche, why they may act in a certain way, and the context of the story so far.

However, I fear the fickle nature of public reaction means that Freddie is going to have to work extremely hard now to win back the vote...

Oh well...

Don't think he is evil just think he is a little arrogant prick

Bfunk 05-08-2009 10:07 PM

who is "she"?

J-Rock 05-08-2009 10:07 PM

What has 'arrogance' got to do with getting your own back on a bully. It is immature, and to some extent justified, but not arrogant.

If you mean Lisa, then who can blame her. I wouldn't like if he spoke to me that way imho, he looked a reall idiot...sorry. I liked him before but he acted very immaturely

J-Rock 05-08-2009 10:09 PM

Who do you think "she" is - have you been watching it?

loganberry 05-08-2009 10:10 PM

I do not think he is evil, i think he is an arrogant prick, i didn't mention anything about lisa or the "bullying".

LaRainbow 05-08-2009 10:11 PM

I agree with the OP - he didn't behave in a way I would have chosen to - HOWEVER I think his behaviour in context of the nine weeks they've been in there is far better than Lisa's, and this hasn't made me dislike him, it's just made me realise he's human and fallible like the rest of us.

J-Rock 05-08-2009 10:12 PM

Of course I blame her (Lisa, just to be clear). It was the reaction of a bully who had been 'owned' (I think is the new in-word! :laugh2:)

J-Rock 05-08-2009 10:16 PM

Loganberry - beg to differ - still see his actions as immature rather than arrogant...but I don't condone everything he has done. It has certainly made things interesting now for the last month!

Go Freddie! Kick Lisa the bully's ar*se to the curb! :elephant:
