Now in any context mistake or not marcus would 100% of got a official warning or even thrown out if he had done or said what david did.
Mistake or not he stood up and asked for a fight.

Indeed, if it was marcus kicking off, mistake or no mistake, it would constitute threatening behaviour. I dont doubt it.

I dont know how marcus kept his cool to be honest, I would have hit the little git if he was goading me like that...though apologised later when i realised he made a mistake. but we dont have such hindsight at the time.

I agree,if Marcus had got up and stood over David then yes,it would have looked much more threatening.Marcus is not stupid and knows just how much to push things,he was never gonna stand up.This does not make him a coward just cleverer than David.
