I am still shocked at how many people dont like freddie?

He has ONE go at the person who bullied him for FIVE weeks who we ALL hated for it and now we are feeling sorry for LISA?

Im SHOCKED ok freddie did not sound cool made a bit of a dick of himself but compared to how lisa spoke and treated him.

For the record i dont want freddie to win but he deserves to be in there longer than Lisa

justme111 06-08-2009 11:12 PM

I know cant the guy stick up for himself now ?

sarahBE 06-08-2009 11:13 PM

Exactly

Blink_Me 06-08-2009 11:13 PM

It's just a fad. Give it a couple of weeks and he'll be okay.

BBmassive 06-08-2009 11:14 PM

They (including myself) have seen the light

J-Rock 06-08-2009 11:18 PM

Listen, from what I've seen on all the forums today, Freddie's fan base is as strong as ever -- it took many some time to come out of the woodwork, but as time elapsed I think people started to see the funny side of it all and the fact that it was a natural, albeit childish, response to a BULLY (who is now suddenly on a CHARM OFFENSIVE)...

Most of the haters seem to be the same ones...don't be too worried

Not on the ones ive been on

BellyButton 06-08-2009 11:20 PM

He should have put himself across in a different way because unfortunately he came across as very arrogant.
In fact, he could well have lost a few fans when he was bragging about the public liking him because he's been saved lots of times by public.
He's partly right but needs to remember that was when viewers felt sorry for him being bullied.
It's a different situation now as he seems to be so influenced by Bea and has aligned himself to her and become her puppy dog.
He is no longer viewed as the 'hard done to HM' but the 'silly fool' who has become soppy over a Bea bitch.

Maybe you missed that.

J-Rock 06-08-2009 11:26 PM

Rayheartbliss - I've been on the BB forums for weeks...just only decided to start posting a few days ago. Hope that's OK with you...

xmynxiex 06-08-2009 11:26 PM

he has loads of support. you only have to look at the vote to save poll, over 6,000+ votes cast with him leading. The fans are there, they just arnt as vocal as some of us.

I felt sorry for Freddie early on because I HATE to see anyone bullied. I felt he was a worthy winner because he was showing strength of character when he was so isolated from the other HM's. However, now I am beginning to not like him because he is showing character traits I do not like.
To be fair, all the HMs have good and bad points and the longer they stay in the house and the more you see them you start to get irritated by their little foibles.
What's that saying: 'Familarity breeds contempt'.

I have been in shock for weeks wondering how that many people liked him:bigsmile::conf:

Yes he sure got my hackles up when he did that insane laughing even though I wanted someone to tackle Lisa. He made it even worst still when he was pretending to have an orgasm.
Laughing in a mocking way like he did was cringeworthy. It is a sure way to get smacked in the mouth as it incenses alot of people even those who are normally calm.
If he doesn't get his head level he might just lose out on winning.

J-Rock 06-08-2009 11:39 PM

BBmassive - I hope I have misread your post - are you saying it is EVER justified for someone to be bullied at school? Please say I have got you wrong...if so, I apologise in advance

You remind me of an ex-smoker, you're an ex-Freddie, so probably one of the worst haters

Also how do you know the 70 who joined your 'club' (now over 80 I see, wow!), aren't mostly the ready-brek haters anyway. There are a few ex-Freddies, but not enough yet for me to feel he has totally blown it...long way to go

:spin2:

Firstly as i have said i LOATH bullying ,but can see why IF he did what he did last night to someone at school ,then i can see WHY he got a slap ,and secondly is wasnt MY club ,i am a member (proud one ) and no matter who they were ,they wanted him out
