Charlie declared: \"I thought it was a bit of fun. I didn\'t think he\'d react like that in the slightest.\"

Seems we know Rodrigo better then Charlie

From D.S.

Rodrigo was left upset last night after some of the housemates played games.

The fun began when Sophie and Charlie imitated the Brazilian's dancing, causing him to laugh loudly. Freddie asked the trio to be quiet, but was soon being begged to speak in a "sexy voice".

As he joined the others, Sophie sneaked up on the Oxford graduate and pulled his boxer shorts down, before pretending to apologise and exposing him again.

Siavash began to complain about the noise, but agreed when Sophie asked if he wanted some "TM".

She revealed that it meant "tickle monster", and before long the housemates were running around the bedroom tickling each other and squealing.

Bea, Siavash, Charlie and Sophie then threw Freddie in the pool and jumped in after him. However, the games turned sour when Charlie yelled: "Let's get Rodrigo!"

"He won't be happy," David warned, as the housemates ran inside to wrestle Rodrigo. The Brazilian, who had been in bed, grew angry with Charlie and started banging on the Diary Room button. Big Brother also called him to the Diary Room "immediately".

Later, Charlie declared: "I thought it was a bit of fun. I didn't think he'd react like that in the slightest."

Did he chuck him in or what? Even if he didn't I can understand why Rodrigo would be a little peeved over it: I love my bed and my sleep and if I'm disturbed from it I'd probably have a bit of a mickey fit.

No, it must have come as a real shock to Charlie, I mean Rodders has never over-reacted to anything before has he?

Further proof (if it were needed) that Charlie really is thick as mince (no pun intended) and quite unaware of anything. Even David, who's only been in there a short time, knew how Rodrigo would react. I despair of Charlie, I really do.
That said, Rodrigo is a moany wee pain in the ass, and I'd have tried to chuck him in too, just to let him strop. It's what he's done best during his stay in the house.

I don't think Charlie is half as thick as he wants us to believe.

Charlie is not thick and unaware.

Far far far from it.

Hopefully people will realise it before he gets an undeserved win.

I would literally like ANYONE to win except Charlie, even Lisa, and that takes some saying coming from me.

Charlie is a con man.

I agree Blue. The man is thick but he's a canny lad. He knows what he's at.

Ha ha, sorry, but I honestly don't believe that Charlie isn't thick. He does play the fool part deliberately, but you just need to watch him during some debates/arguments when he's trying to follow what's going on, or trying to work out what to think/who's side to be on. He does that face that Joey from friends did when he had to look "thoughtful" on camera, you know, try and do a hard long division in your head. Priceless. Just because he plays it dim for laughs, doesn't mean he isn't actually dim. I'm pretty certain there isn't a sharp, anlytical mind behind that flimsy facade.

Wow! We have a mind reader amongst us, telling us what Charlie wants. There is NO evidence that I can see to suggest that Charlie wants us to believe that he is thick. He is just a mischievous chappy who suffered from the British education system failing to give him the support to which he was entitled.

He has made a damned good job of his life in spite of that disadvantage. OK, he comes with the prejudices and lack of tact that we all demonstrate in some aspects of our lives. Rodrigo was not asleep, having been involved in the fun up until about 5 minutes before his strop. Why he flips is a mystery which has caused problems in the past. Sometimes he joins in with gusto, other times he simply refuses. His unpredicatability must be very dfficult to deal with. He should realise that Charlie was just flirting with him. They will make up soon enough, when Charlie fusses him and tells him there was NO malice involved, he just wanted his bezzy mate to continue joining in the fun.

Don't get me wrong, he's no rocket scientist.

But when it comes to Big Brother, he's a genius.

Those little faces he makes?

You are meant to notice them, take my word for it.

Yes, his looks are bloody hilarious. Constantly scanning and then staring off into oblivion, trying hard to focus his dim mind and come up with the right tactics on a given day. It's so bloody transparent.

The jumping and dancing to the cameras and in the diary room really take the biscuit though. So annoying.

And then the nice guy act when he's bitching as much as anyone else in the house.... even more so on occassion. Oh he wrecks my head.

calyman 07-08-2009 09:14 AM

He's about as entertaining as dry paint
He's as transparent as looking through a window at a sewage site
He's as innofensive as Lucretia Borgia.

BUT, he is certainly much, much more stupid than he thinks the viewers are.

=-Incognito-= 07-08-2009 09:24 AM

Upon further investigation it seems that Charlie and all were still quite damp from the pool when they went to take the piss out of tetchy Rodders. Some violence may have ensued before Rodders managed to get away to furiously bang the diary room button.

k1ck3m0n 07-08-2009 09:25 AM

"Alison Wonderland"....I mean, SERIOUSLY?????

setanta 07-08-2009 09:28 AM

I think he tries to antogonise Rodrigo becuz he perceives him to be his biggest rival in the house, and by provoking him he's left smelling of roses while Rodrigo rants and raves. Think it's an "only gay in the village" scenario we've got here.

Smugington 07-08-2009 09:56 AM

Furthermore proves my point that Rodrigo will be going tonight.

karezza 07-08-2009 09:57 AM

Rodrigo has no sense of humour.

Ah he does but just like with his moral code of conduct, he's very selective in when and where he chooses to use of it.
