Perhaps I am going out on a limb here but I took it from his response that he believed I was implying that she was smug, and thus felt the need to contradict me. Otherwise, why even say it? :rolleyes:

And you are entitled to it but some posters are claiming she was never a bully and are now so used to her abrasive behaviour that they are accepting it.
