how the hell has sophie managed to turn into such a lard arse on a pound per person a day, luxury budget has only been on the menu a few times but she is has piled it on since she entered the bb house :elephant:

She'll easily lose any weight she's put on when she leaves the house. It's only because they all sit around doing nothing for most the day in there. They're all bound to put on a bit of weight, even with limited food.

basic rations are carbs, no fruit or veg.

She looks fine.

I reckon it is because she has shown her insecurity about it, and that is the reason boys are picking on this aspect of her.

It's probably not diet, but inactivity, there's nowhere nice to walk/jog and the swimming pool is pathetic, so it's probably hard to stay motivated to do anything.

I noticed her thunderthighs today haha! Has she been nicking food? And to think David got the blame! Wish I could put weight on - I eat loads and Im still slim.

Who cares if she has put on a little weight.
Inactivity can do that ..remember she has been in the house for nearly 3 months.
Get real and give her a break when it comes to her weight.

She is finally losing that awful 10-year old girl shape (+ ridiculously large breasts) and is looking a little bit more womanly.
I say three cheers and a few more pounds wouldn't go amiss especially on her thighs.
