Charlie has done this many times before. He encourages them to break the rules, but says he had nothing to do with it.

It was the same when most of the housemates [except Lisa & Rodrigo] where going to openly discuss nominations with each other and jokingly tell each who was going to nominate who. But Charlie was egging then on and being part of the group, but not really getting involved. Then he went in and nominated them. But the others were not fooled and nominated him cos he being fake. It was just a pity that all the newbies went up that week.

Charlie pretends to be invovled in things like that, but stands at a distance so that he doesn't do himself damage. He's even nominated his buddy Rodrigo because of an arguement. Rodrigo has never done that to him. Some friend Charlie is. He is just using Rodrigo for attention. He is a manipulator!

No Charlie is just daft but purely innocent though.

He was the one that initially suggested they break out of the jail because it was too hot in there.

He then told them to ignore BB when they were being called to the diary room, to just refuse to go in there or back in the jail.

Then he bitched about them as soon as he found out the whole house was going to be punished.

Charlie does this all the time, stirs **** up, then steps back and washes his hands of any involvement.

I really don't know how people can call him sweet and innocent.

I believe Charlie thought they were really suffering in the jail. He says these daft things without thinking about it, this is why Rodrigo picked him up over it and explained it to him. Charlie looked completely confused.

That's one of his usual expressions, it doesn't mean he didn't know full well what he was doing because he did.

In my opinion he usually doesn't know what he is doing, hence the usual expression.
