It\'s just occurred to me...

I'm wondering whether everyone who talks about nominations will be up this week... I know it's been said before but what about a twist where the HM's are shown who is actually scheming against who before they're told who's up in the house, it would put rest to all the paranoia from Freddie, Charlie can feck off and stop being shown as the 'nice person' he is and Marcus can say 'I told you so'. It works on both sides because Team Lick Lisa's Wrinkly arse will also see what the others have been saying about them.

Sounds fair to me.

Me too, let's hope so

Apologies Hedgie, I try to read as many posts as possible. Must have missed it... Great minds think alike though :thumbs:

smellthecoffee 11-08-2009 11:08 AM

I like it....there HAS to be a twist!

Tulip 11-08-2009 11:10 AM

I DO wish you hadn't mentioned Lisa's wrinkly arse ... the thought does little for my weak and wrinkly stomach!

Savetherainforest 11-08-2009 11:12 AM

I think they want to punish Marcus, Freddie and Siavash they only way they could do this without kicking them out was to punish the group and then say they could talk about noms knowing that the last few days were fresh in their minds and how Marcus Siavash and Freddie have taken their luxury food away...Siavash has apologised and so Freddie and Marcus are now in the firing line..I don't think there is a twist as BB has stated they could talk about noms, don't forget this has happened in the past bb's.. good plan by bb

Ham 11-08-2009 11:14 AM

Trust me... they want marcus out

I think they`ll keep it as Marcus vs Freddie (and hope marcus goes)

If they don't add a twist, then it should untimately end in a complaint about the production and rigging of votes paid by the viewers. They choose to ignore the fact that Bea and Sophie spoke about nominations when it was pretty apparent that after the ciggy incident and the jailbreak that those 3 would be nominated, Marcus and Freddie at least. Therefore it is unfair to put a stipulation to talk about noms as a punishment for this right after the series of events. That's rigging the numbers to say the least and I will be asking for my phonebill charges back for saving Marcus and Freddie.

This isn't seen from the standpoint of a Marcus fan, it's from the point of view as a paying viewer and should be dealt with appropriately.

Gameshows that are paid for by the public should not be fixed and that's a fact... much like those phone in quizzes they have on morning television... huge scam that was.

Do you truly believe that?

BB are professional programme makers, and I would have thought it was in their interest to keep ANY HM that causes controversy and thereby "good TV" (matter of opinion I know!)

That would include Marcus, Freddie, Siavash, Bea, Lisa, sneaky Charlie etc etc - I don't believe they WANT any of them out as such - although of course they will go one by one in due course.

It is, after all, a television game show - ratings are all that matter to the producers - and the vote money of course.

With regard to the latter, I could see them being pleased with two strong HMs being up against each ( e.g. Freddie and Marcus) other as that would I guess provide a lot of phone revenue.

I just don't buy them wanting any single HM out - after all if they really did in Marcus's case they have quite enough ammunition to just throw him out.

Savetherainforest 11-08-2009 11:26 AM

I get what you are saying but you know tv companies, not the first time the public have been screwed over. I don't know why Bea and Sophie have not been called in, seems odd. But I really think their focus is on Marcus and Freddie, childish way to behave from the production team..it is a game show and that they knew what people's personalities were like...

But some say it is a mass social experiment to see how the masses cope with situations, and I think fair play to marcus and freddie for breaking down bb, hopefully it is a reflexion on society, that we have all had enough of being told what to do, even though I don't warn to them both. We shall see tonight I suppose.

anything can happened from now to friday, I hope lisa breaks the rules and goes up?
highly doubtful tho

No offence, but experience of some other Sophie fans here makes that a little difficult

seriously though, BB producers must realise what a big character and individual Marcus is. He may be a thorn in their side but they need him and know it.

If we buy the intellectual aspect, you are quite right - and in that respect it IS really fascinating to watch!

The original BB with Nasty Nick has now really evolved into a different animal where we now have really savyy HMs who are pushing the boundaries in all sorts of ways.

It IS such an artificial situation - notwithstanding we watch only edited stuff which brings yet another element of unreality to it all - and we all have great fun getting het up about our own heroes and villains in the "play" - who are only thus because of the artificial living conditions and restrictions put upon them.

And now I think I need to go and lie down in a darkened room ... !

maybe that god awful tart that is the female voice of big brother has given an ultimatum. She goes or Marcus does. It's no secret she hates him. :laugh2:

True enough :laugh2: she cannot hide her contempt. Strange she is allowed to do this, I think, as she seems to lose her objectivity.
Well, if there was an ultimatum ... bye bye stroppy BB lady

Yep, it's about time they sacked the publicly biased Davina. She's always been a shitty presenter, has problems reading from the autocue and in no way can pull a cock gag off, so to speak like Russell Brand (love or hate him). Shes's sycophantic every year and avoids confrontation with those she likes in interviews... look at Kris and Karly and avoiding the subject of bullying and all their underhandedness with nominations.

I say get rid of the bint and get Parky on! :nono:
